  1. Erik Johnson is right. They need to take what's given. They also need to skate harder and battle harder. Here are the practice lines from yesterday: Peterka being demoted here is a mistake imo but the team needs Quinn back badly.
  2. There's a bbq place on chandler Street I believe that I've heard good things on but haven't been to. Outside of that, fat bobs is okay. Haven't anything blow me away since I've been back.
  3. That's the biggest thing imo. They are forcing plays and overcomplicating the offense while also being very lazy on the attack.
  4. No you see if we had Peca or Torts or whoever is the flavor of the week, they would understand. But since Granato doesn't say the "right" things in front of the cameras, he's apparently oblivious.
  5. Georgia quietly produces some excellent bbq. Specifically pulled pork and indeed brisket. Due to its geographic location, you get multiple styles of sauce which is good. Variety is the spice of life.
  6. Very true. Los Mayas and Maizal have excellent rice and beans and I know that Maizal has good mole.
  7. Gramma Mora's is like Mighty Taco in that you either like it or don't but you know it isn't Mexican.
  8. Name a team and a player where the fanbase wouldn't lose their ***** if a Marchand "took them out". This applies to everyone and it is why you need a team defending itself in its entirety versus bringing in a 4th line deterrent type. I am sure Greenway and Mitts and Benson can handle it, IF it were to even come up. Lucic won't even be able to catch Benson because Lucic is slow as crap now.
  9. If Adams saw the Quinn injury and changed his tune on VO I think that is a mistake. The analytics alone show that we should move forward. Love VO as a person and for a long time as a player. 7th round picks rarely do what he did, but I think subtracting VO from this team and replacing him with anyone from Savoie to Rousek to Biro, makes this team better.
  10. The guy who runs Maizal is from Oaxaca and he often puts regional Oaxaca dishes on his menu or as specials.
