  1. 2 things, you seem to leave out the new training facility Pegula built for the Bills, why is that? You don't understand how entry level contracts work or even where Levi is in terms of his.
  2. Damned if he does and damned if he doesn't with you.
  3. Next steps because he is injured or because of the personal matter?
  4. Could send Kulich back right? Would that count or is he up on some emergency basis that lets you go over 23 ppl?
  5. Idk, Reinhart had a long heart to heart with Adams after the trade. Personally always felt like Reinhart was disappointed he couldn't be the solution here and maybe even has unfinished business in that regards... or he could love playing in sunny Florida. You never know with these guys.
  6. I disagree. I think instead of viewing it as we lack depth, you should be viewing it as Benson being exceptional. He shouldn't have been drafted 13th overall, but he was. Benson made the opening night roster not do to a lack of depth but because he is good. Honestly, he might make about 20 teams roster right now without much thought. I bet Boston, Tampa, and Vegas would all love to have Benson in their lineup right now, .5ppg forward for only 950k and he is solid defensively? Sign me up. (Note: I can math and I know that Benson is just under .5ppg but I think that is mirage and he will be easily at that the rest of the way)
  7. Well *****, I should ***** do that then as opposed to worrying about this ***** all the ***** time you know what I ***** mean right?
  8. Got it, you have bad word database that auto-corrects anything to the censored version so you never see it. I just know in the past you didn't like it when there were a bunch of #### in a paragraph being filtered out so I wanted to try and maintain that standard after I made my joke. Also, can we use that database to make Rosen, Rosén? Kinda like our good friend Östlund?
  9. The first goal Ottawa scored, UPL was very slow in both puck tracking and recovery after a huge rebound. He left the net wide open and didn't slide in time. This is still one of my main concerns with UPL, although I think he is much better this year than last. I will say, his recovery time, is still slow. If you get him out of his base stance, it takes awhile for him to reset. Second goal is a soft pass/shot into the high slot, again UPL doesn't it track it well but you can argue his defense should clear it away, instead Tarasenko collects it and fires it through UPL. Should I blame him for it, I do but I would understand someone else being like, no. Third is a pp goal where the puck comes from low across the blue paint and is shot in off of UPL. Again, he doesn't slide in time and even though he is big, doesn't manage to cover the bottom of the net for the shot. It is pp goal, so I could see and would agree we can't really blame him, I would like a save here but meh, not really his fault. Fourth the puck is slid out from behind the net to the slot and a quick shot beats UPL. Again, I would like a save but I don't have an issue with the goal from the goalie perspective. Is this his worst game? No, he was okay and thankfully Buffalo scored 6 goals and we won. Compared to what he has given us the last 2 weeks though it is one of the 4 weak games I think he has played this year. I don't care for the first and second goals because I think UPL can save those. Third and Fourth I have no issue with him allowing. Asking him to save the first two is really a function of a higher belief in his abilities now. I am one of the least lazy and ignorant posters here. What's truly lazy is someone beating their chest that they were right about a goalie but it honestly is how most of this board acts now and I don't really have an issue with it. I think ppl should claim their victories so to speak. I was wrong on UPL and I hope I am wrong on Krebs too. However, can I claim being right for coming around on Quinn faster than most or for saying everyone needs to calm down about Rosen? What about defending Dahlin and Reinhart for years, should I mention that every time someone else does? My issue isn't that you are right, it is that you are tossing it in others faces that they are wrong. This produces the effect that ppl who are wrong will try to back that wrongness to the point of absurdity because they simply aren't allowed to say "I was wrong then, moving on" and instead feel the need to defend themselves. This happens a lot in politics where a stance will be shown as bad/wrong but because someone isn't allowed to use new info and reevaluate their position they progress away from the right answer and instead go further and further towards defending the wrong one. I am sure there is a psychological name for this but I don't know it. Anyways, I went back and looked at all of his goals from this game. UPL isn't as bad as I remembered. The next game against the NJD though he was rough but also came in to relieve an injured Comrie. It doesn't matter though, out of 11 starts, UPL is at least average or better in 8/9 of them? He is really good in 7 of them including coming in for relief in the Boston game (14sh/14sv) so honestly I just am happy to be wrong, truly. That isn't a cop-out, I didn't think he could do this consistently and I didn't think his past work showed that he would do this consistently and here we are. I was straight up wrong on UPL, but at the end of the day idc as long as the Sabres win.
  10. Guess I won't joke anymore then with any ***** #### or ########### or #### lol, but seriously I won't. Don't want to make the job any harder.
  11. You think the 75 min drive from Buffalo to Rochester is too far? Wait until you find out what others deal with for their AHL affiliate. Sure some like Vegas and Colorado are close but others like Tampa aren't. Tampa has their affiliate in Syracuse NY. Further, since Hamilton was mentioned, you think it's faster you go through customs and get to Hamilton then drive to Rochester? I mean maybe some days sure but we're talking a place that's what? 10 miles closer than Rochester. UB doesn't need a new basketball arena. Alumni Arena is fine and UB is never going to be a big sports school like Syracuse, Penn State, etc... they did just build a massive indoor football complex.
  12. Fairly certain the mods know when a post gets censored for actual swearing.
  13. She has a name! Lol jk, who knows what happened.
  14. Fun fact, all the ## in here are just randomly added for effect and don't represent any real words.
  15. Sigh, Tuch is from Syracuse and that doesn't really matter. Also no I didn't. Stop trying to pick fights with me, it's boring.
  16. Ppl were calling him 6k years ago. Ottawa, New Jersey, Philly, and Carolina.
  17. I won't even post the gif, that just escalated quickly. I mean it really got out of hand fast.
  18. They actually did it...
  19. Am I the only one who just does not give a flying ############## ##### ##### ####### ######## that Kane is from Buffalo? Like why should I care? Adams needs to find another middle 6 forward, so idc where they were born as long as they are competent.
