Rip would have given his a fraction, decimal, or Roman numeral I think.

I'm pretty sure he got that way from having a stroke.

The problem is they don't want to do that because it wouldn't provide them with enough business to survive. They only want to discriminate against gay people and are perfectly fine making a cake for a secular birthday, a bar mitzvah, and whatever other reasons. They want to be open to all when it suits them and they want to refuse service when it suits them.

I think that's the mods way of encouraging people not to half ass it. If you can have one, you better damn well have a bunch of them.

My understanding wasthey use places like the Cayman Islands, Swiss bank accounts, and the like. I figure all those movies and tv shows use them as cliches for a reason.

My personal favorite was when he said something about swimming up a river of with their mouths open. They better not killer him off. Eugene is about the only other character who ever says anything funny and almost all of his funny lines usually occur when he's talking to Abraham.

Figures these would leave us hanging for 6 months. I've been thinking it's between Glenn and Abraham but I'm hoping it's not Abraham. That ginger is one of the only ones who brings any levity to the show.

I use CD's but only buy music every 5 or 6 years when Slayer puts out an album. All other music comes from converting youtube videos to mp3 files and burning them to blank CD's. Since I have a new car now I actually have a jack/outlet to hook up my phone or mp3 player but I haven't used it yet.

I heard about it through npr. It's the GOP's latest tactic to disenfranchise voters and it's probably gonna be way more effective than voter ID laws. It's messed up for sure but not surprising.

If you have Netflix fire up the Blu-Ray and search for Disney animation classics. Netflix has like 5 volumes on the streaming side and if you pick the first episode of volume 1 I believe it will keep playing straight through the whole collection depending on how you have your settings set up. I found them to be way less annoying for adults while kids still love them, plus if you find yourself watching it can be a trip down memory lane (Mickey and the Beanstalk, Lambert the Lion, 3 little pigs, tortoise and the hare, etc.).

Antics That is all.

It's a death by 1,000 cuts type of approach by the GOP though. They are the party of old white married people in a country that is becoming less of each of those things with each passing year so each hurdle they set up tilts things slightly more in their favor and allows them to win elections. Voter ID laws help them some. Eliminating same day registration helps them some, restricting early voting helps them some, reducing the number of polling places in major cities helps them a ton (by my guess) and all of that help to increase the chances of them winning. I live in a rural area and it pretty much takes me 10-15 minutes to vote. That's counting 5 minutes of driving out of my way (since my polling place is past my house), parking, waiting in a very short line (if any), placing my vote, and my 5 minute drive home. In key battleground states like Ohio and Florida you always see reporting on the news talking about how people in Cleveland, Miami, and other cities had to wait in line for over 8 hours or so to vote. I know if I had to stand in line for 8 hours, I wouldn't bother voting unless my state was reporting razor thin margins. It's awfully convenient that whenever they make they changes they always seem to be made in ways that make it harder for the demographics that tend to favor Democrats. In a few decades I don't think it will matter, but until then it's the only way the elephants are able to stay in power.

I've done with push ups. I used to just crank them out until I got tired but someone told me to do them as slow as possible to really feel the burn. Instead of doing 20 or 30 I think I did 4 or 5 really slowly and it felt like the muscles in my shoulders got way more work out that way.

Sanders has already forced Clinton's policies to the left in this campaign with a platform of a minimum wage of $15 per hour and debt free college or however she describes her version of the plan now. The problem is that once she secures the nomination and the liberals are forced to choose between her and Trump or some other chickenhawk she'll be able to change her stance back to the right leaning, chickenhawk, pro-business, centrist that she is. It's not like liberals will drop her in favor of Trump or Cruz. Sanders is genuinely liberal and populist. Hillary pretends to be when she needs to. Do you really think she won't pull a Romney and simply "reboot" her campaign and alter her message to try to appeal to a wider demographic?

He has to be willing to sign though. The earliest they can extend him would be next summer. If Edmonton is still a tire fire next season he'd be well within his rights to tell them he wants to wait and there's nothing Edmonton can do to force him to sign. Normally players have to worry about injuries and slumps but McDavid's potential is so high that he doesn't need to worry about it the way regular players do. He could then sign any RFA offer that he wants and if teams are smart they'll offer him 4 year deals. Edmonton will match for sure but that puts him as a UFA at 25 after 7 years in the league. At that point he can punch his ticket to any place that can afford him.
-
Trump would definitely play the socialism card at every turn but I think Bernie could beat him. Sanders energizes younger potential voters the way the Clinton campaign doesn't which would lead to a higher turnout which always favors Democrats. If he wins the nomination he'd be assured of the establishment Democratic vote as well, get more of the name recognition that has hampered him in many places so far, plus get the vast majority of support from the anyone but Trump movement, assuming Trump is able to gather enough delegates to avoid a brokered convention. If he doesn't and the GOP backs Cruz or another guy Trump will likely run third party, split the conservative vote and the Democratic nominee (Bernie or Hillary) will easily win a plurality of the vote and ensure a D in the White House for the next 4 years.
-
Edmonton would match it instantly. It could be structured to set him up to reach UfA status as early as possible though.
-
It would be a smart move for anyone in Edmonton's division to consider. Edmonton will surely match any offer that McDavid accepts but if they set it up right the GM of the other team could screw Edmonton out of any and all of McDavid's UFA years. If I remember right I think Calgary screwed Colorado over the same way with O'Reilly, only with money instead of contract length (or possibly both). They signed him to a 2 year deal that overall was reasonable (2 year 8 million or something like that) but it was structured in such a way that it hampered Colorado's ability to bargain with O'Reilly in the future. I think the first year of the offer was only for $1.5 million with the second year paying $6.5 million. Then based on the existing CBA and O'Reilly's age his next contract was supposed to get him at least a 10% raise or something like that, which put the Avs in a bind because of their internal cap coupled with having to earmark money for other players. I'm sure I'm fuzzy on the details with this, but something along those lines happened and as a result O'Reilly reached UFA status pretty much as early as you possibly can, he was making a higher salary than he normally would for his production, and Colorado ending up dealing him rather than losing him for nothing. The same can be done with McDavid if he's interested in leaving Edmonton as soon as possible. Depending on how the Oilers perform the next 2 seasons he may want to.

Trump gets some serious hate on this board and deservedly so. The scary thing is that as bad as he is I think he would be a way better leader than Ted Cruz. That guy (Cruz) just oozes slime to me where I think Trump is just an who is finding success by appealing to the lowest common denominator with a surprising large number of people he has managed to garner support from. I think Trump the leader would be way different than Trump the campaigner, although I still am hoping against hope to see Bernie unseat Hillary to win the Democratic nomination and take the White House. Just 7 more months or so left to find out. I think Christmas took up to big of a chunk of the calendar but campaign season is longer than summer time feels in the south and it feels like it takes forever.
-
I could see him becoming an RFA and signing an offer sheet that expires in whatever year his is first eligible to become a UFA though. If that happens Edmonton can only match the deal he signs elsewhere and is not able to alter the times. That would free McDavid up to be the biggest UFA in league history while still in the prime of his career.

Ah yes, clean diesel. As sound a concept as clean coal technologies. Big business is such a noble venture, I have no doubt that it was merely an oversight and not some evil attempt to deceive. They are the almighty job creators after all. What could be a more altruistic motivator than that?

The NC tax credit is 35% of the total bill but I can only write off half of what I owe in taxes to the state over the year. Based on my meager income I only owed about $1,400 in state taxes last year so I only got a credit of $700. My system (including the insulation) and installation ran $17,300 so I'll be able to write off $6,055 in NC taxes but based on $700 per year it's gonna take me 8.65 years to see all of that money. Supposedly the panels are made in NC though so I'm guessing they aren't as cheap to buy as the Chinese ones they sell online for dirt cheap.

To be honest I'm not sure although it's all in the paperwork. It's a PV system with 12 panels on the back of my roof and it's tied into the grid so they also set me up with a separate meter through my power company for when the panels generate more energy than I can use. They also installed some sort of uber insulation in my attic that's kind of like nearly indestructible aluminum foil. Between the slightly lower bills and the separate bill that shows what I sold them, I'm probably saving about $50 a month on average so it saves me about 1/3 of my bill. It would never be worth it without the tax incentives. Thanks to a 30% Federal tax credit and 35% NC Credit (although that one will probably take me 10 years to recoup where I'll have my entire Federal credit in 2 years) the system should pay itself off in about 7 years. That being said I wish I had asked for more panels since I assume they are cheap compared to the labor of installation and electrical wiring. I would've much rather spend more on a system that would cover 90-100% of my power bill but I'm limited by my income on how much I can write off each year and what I can get back in tax credits.

That's great man. I'll be looking for a balance transfer card in late summer because interest will start to accrue on the loan for my solar panels in September. I hope to get approved for the whole 17 grand even though I should have 5 grand squirreled away by then to pay a portion of it due to tax credits and stowing away my power bill savings. My insurance company offers good credit card deals for balance transfers every 3 months or so and I'm hoping to get another offer this summer that I can accept in August. Then when the 15 months of free interest expire going with the Chase Slate card as the next choice and hopefully having the balance paid off at that point.
