I would love to see this. Creates a solid and young 1-2 with Levi (let them compete to be #1) and degrades the B’s. Trade VO and UPL for picks to replenish the lost picks with the offer sheet (At least somewhat), sign Graves or Mayfield, and we’re set for this season.

For the most part I don't think the forward group was the problem with this team last year. Keep Jost, Trade VO, and add Rousek to the roster and I'm good. There is something to be said for consistency with teammates and systems that leads to improvement year over year. Now if KA runs it back with the same D and G situation, we'll have a problem. But at least for Defense I don't see that happening.

I really enjoyed the ECHL Jackals as the quality of play was relatively high, with players still aspiring to the NHL. Whereas things really fell off when it was the Enforcers in whatever league that was. I so badly wanted to buy a jersey but they were too ugly with the bright green to even have as a curiosity. At one point there was the owner who put in the nice video scoreboard, and there was a fan/community group who tried steering the ship, but neither was enough to make it. To your point unless they get a competent and rich owner I think it fails after a couple of years max. Hope I am wrong though, would be great for the area. I moved to Denver last year so now I go to Avs games 🙂

Perfect arena for ECHL in Elmira. I was an Elmira Jackel's fan back when they were in the ECHL. On the other hand, probably too small a market to support it.

I’m no expert, but I am aware that in addition to or perhaps, instead of climate change, one of the biggest reasons for massive wildfires was the century long approach to stopping all forest fires instead of letting them play out as they have for millennia. If Okposo is on the 4th line, clocking 13 minutes per game or less, I am fine with this. At this point he's not a 3rd liner on a top playoff team anymore, which is where I think this team is shooting for. You watch these playoff teams and they have 3 lines that can score and the 4th line is tough defensively and chips in occasionally. Maybe Okposo is part of that sort of 4th line, as I feel like he was at times in the recent past. I am not in the least worried about 'blocking' Kulich or Rosen as they need more seasoning in the AHL anyway and can be call-ups if needed. I am more interested in how this may impact re-signing Jost who I think is a great 4th liner, and Girgensons who is also a 4th liner.

Tage for a 5th at that point in time (or any point in time) doesn't make any sense. More likely this is someone in the Dubas camp planting stuff with Seravalli to make Dubas' departure explainable as Shanahan interference just made it impossible for Dubas to make the necessary moves.

It's the mothership for sure, but the Hopkins Rd location has the same brother running it, as opposed to other locations are a branch out with different folks running them and I don't consider them legit Bocce's either.

I'm rooting for Florida over Carolina just because I like the way that team is playing and find them enjoyable to watch. Of course Dallas over Vegas. Screw Eichel. I like watching Oettinger in net and Dallas has some interesting players like Heiskanen, Wyatt Johnston, and Robertson. Also, Old Man Pavelski.

It pains me to say it... but not Bocce's. I grew up on Bocce's and considered it the premier pizza place in the world, let alone Buffalo (I'm engaging in hyperbole, but you get my point). Now, their quality control has gone to pieces. Some pies from the Williamsville location are still like the old days, but not nearly often enough. Then they opened up an outlet in the airport. I have tried it twice. Good lord, it's has gone to sh*t entirely. OK, rant over. (My suggestion would be Imperial Pizza from the southtowns)
