As I've heard it mentioned, the players haven't been asked to play beyond what they're capable of or maybe better yet, the management, coaches, and staff have somehow figured out what each players strengths and weaknesses are, and given them specific roles to play this year. It makes sense, and it seems to allow the players to concentrate on being good at what they do best.
