It is not, and this culture is not one of a hard working, battle tested team. A lot of young guys with the mentality of this current generation; whatever that may be.... Very few leaders it seems.

If we had 3-4 Benson type players, we would be in the playoffs, plain and simple. Actually his arrival has made me sad for the team because it shows just how little most of the other guys are showing on the ice. Hell, back in the day when I was "competitive" if a guy like Benson showed up and was showing up the "veterans" especially at his size and age, it woulda lit a fire under all of us.... As I see it now.... There is no fire. That is the main issue.

It IS better. No traffic, drunk @ssholes, outrageous prices, chance of a DWI/injury. Then there's the weather. It doesn't have the appeal anymore and I consider myself pretty adventurous lol

Intermittent fasting is also great for this as it forces the body into mild ketosis, the body is then forced to get energy from stored fat supplies, it's hard to be consistent though. Sugars and carbs are Def the enemy of weight loss. Yes, I'm aware 😜 The better question is, how often am I serious 😂
