I used a 30 quart fryer and you have to use peanut oil, and make sure you overly thaw and remove any water. I inject with a butter garlic, thyme, etc marinade depending on the day, it comes out so Damn tender, it's almost like I couldn't go back to oven turkey again

I wasn't quite trying to compare the Sabres to the patriots, but I'm sure there are other examples (many I can't think of) where some key injuries hurt, but not to the point of what we're seeing now..... I think it's deeper than injuries, and time will certainly tell..... I feel like the NHL is changing again and instead of being ahead of the curve like in 06-07 we're on the opposite side of that spectrum.

The patriots went 3-1 without key players, injury excuse is decent at times, but the leadership/directiob of this team is awful, unacceptable and inexcusable.....
