Good luck with that PA, it's a tricky autoimmune disease, I've seen cases that range from just a cough to systemic problems all over, heres to hoping you're on the mild end of the spectrum.... As for steroids, I'd be cautious with moderate-high dose prednisone for anything long term, the risks and adverse effects may outweigh the benefit in this case
