I think Ruff was a bad hire, still do and I'm not sure there's much that would change my thinking on that. It's what bad teams do when they don't have an answer, they go with Re-treads. I think he is fairly out of touch with what the game needs to be successful.

When the team is good and there is something on the line, I always found a way to watch the games. With them being this bad, I still sometimes put the game on, if convenient, but they haven't really had me WANTING to find that TV while I'm on vacation or that illegal stream lol. I miss that, I used to try and work my hospital schedules around some game nights so I could watch with friends or even attend, but that's gone. I the refs have been Meh at best in some of these latter games, but I haven't gotten as angry or annoyed, I remember whole radio segments the next day about a missed call in a game. I hope one day it can come back.

Sad state of affairs on the planet, but mostly with our beloved team, If we can call them that anymore. The passion has been sucked out of Buffalo and who knows if it will ever come back. They say winning fixes everything, and that may be the case, but to see such a rabid fan base this apoplectic is truly disheartening. Worked 7p-7a overnight, I'm on call, after a 4 hour nap in the call room, I now get to work 12 more hours today until 11pm because of lack of staffing. Yay
