I expect a miss by 10 points. We may not be out by December but I would be pretty surprised to make the playoffs with this roster. There's still time to add but I don't think KA is an adequate GM. With someone more experienced at the helm, I do think this team could have some potential. The ability to be shrewd and calculated are needed when building a team, KA possesses none of these abilities. He's good at placating a rich, stingy owner. That's it, that's his claim to fame. Wake me up when we address players with actual skill for the top 6.

Used to love opening packs and looking for the elusive "game worn jersey" cards, the special foils and etc. I have a large collection somewhere that may be worth some money, but I cannot find the giant boxes. I used to get Beckett monthly and check The values, we also had a cool little card shop in Springville called the Collectible.... Those were the days.

Yeah, I would be shocked if the oilers didn't win tonight, and honestly do it in convincing fashion. I'm not sure there's any coming back for FLA, the last 3 games haven't been close at all.

I am curious if there is a shift in tact, like wrinkles in the systems the coaches have seen to exploit. I always also get curious if there are nuances to the actual home ice, like it's choppier to slow down EDM and little things that can be gotten away with. I mean, this is it, last game of the season, cup on the line. I'd like to think that there has to be something more than just putting KO back in the lineup

I would consider making a garlic infused olive oil, get a ball jar and put some good quality oil in it, a little sliced garlic in halves and let it sit for a bit. Using this will certainly infuse the dish along with the fresh garlic you're using. I make all kinds of infused Balsamic and EVOO concoctions and they take the dish up a notch. I also agree that the pasta water is absolutley last in the dish otherwise you're washin the flavor out of the noodles instead of cooking into the surface of them.

And they have a ridiculous PK, barring any major collapse it will be the most historic PK percentage since they started keeping the Stat in the playoffs. Gotta admit, every time Connor touches the puck, there's a chance it can be in the net. He's that good. I still get sad thinking we ended up with curly haired inferior boy, when the nhl screwed us again with the rule changes.
