I'm guessing it was a smaller pneumo, a large one would render him unable to breathe well. It was probably secondary to the broken ribs, which in its own right is still amazing considering how bad those hurt; let alone the pneumo.

This is my summer ride, a Peterbilt 1401, they only made 82 of them, I bough from a retired army ranger that jacked his knees up so back, he couldn't ride anymore. The frame is similar to a Vstar 1300 but the engine/drivetrain is all Peterbilt parts, the pipes are loud and the bike has some serious torque. I keep the naked look and just use a 3/4 helmet on rides.

Year one we met at the gate and it went well, year two, we met at Coles after the game and it went well. Year 3, we didn't make a solid plan, and we decided to go to Labatt brew house after the game and it was a mess, too busy, no seating, so for year 4, we have to set a solid plan and stick with it

No whiteface, cmon man haha.... I for sure won't be doing the 46, but heading to the Adirondacks may become a nice local getaway in the future, I love how all the shops are intertwined.... I bough freshed fried donuts out of the corner of a laundromat/gift shop in Saranac lake and they were delicious. Never saw anything like that before in all my travels

Ill never ever get to everest, ill never be in the shape and I can't see myself taking the time and $$ required. I was actually shocked, looked like photoshop up there. Ill maybe be a 3'er lol, I bet you could do Denali, and it would be one of the 7 summits if you do get there.

This one was rough, also did blue lake mountain (not technically a summit) but it was also a steep, difficult, and full of bugs. Took the kayak out across the lake and then the water trail to castle Rock. 5 hours from Buffalo it's hard to believe! I'll never be a 46er, but I'm hopeful to do Mt Kilimanjaro either this August or next, and these are great training ? Cheers
