I'm up in 306 in case anyone is around and has some time to meet up in between periods -
Look for the road machine smart 2, that's the ticket, and grab a front riser ring too, I like my bike to be even lol

Honestly, it's probably the best way to keep the authenticity of a true cycle. It's not as fun as being outside, but it does a good job of keeping it very accurate. I have a fan I put on myself work the workout and pop the TV on and cycle away to whatever is on. I like the fluid trainers as you use your own gears to shift and the fluid mimics resistance quite well, and my kinetic road machine (the one I have here) has a built in power meter to give me accurate Mph/distance/watts etc. For about 279$ or so, I think it was a great purchase, especially for the winter to train and stay in cycling shape. Separately, I just ran 8 miles and kept my best pace since I've started of 10:15/mile. I love seeing improvement when training, I was even keeping my heart rate in the upper 150,s for most of it! One step closer to that Ironman

Gonna get a giant spaghetti Parm at chefs, and then head over to watch the skating dead. I'm sure the Pasta will be the highlight of the evening. -
So this looks bad on pegula, again? All these theories can run rampant because we've been nothing short of terrible for a decade. If we're winning I don't think any of these tweets, sources, etc really cause so much discussion.

GDT Anaheim Ducks at Sabres 2/9/20 3pm MSG, WGR

I went cross country skiing today, I almost forgot the game was on and came to check out the comments, glad I missed it. Sadly, I have tickets to the wings game and reservations at chefs before the game on Tuesday. I almost don't want to go, but I won't pass on some spaghetti Parm and why not hit the arena since I'm so close. I just hope they don't suck as much as last game against Detroit. -

So, let's say we lose 4-1 tonight, are we thinking the players have quit? -
The hills look like there are a bunch of people lately, sadly, I don't know how to ski. I went to Swain 2 years ago and after a day there I was able to do some basic stuff on very beginner hills, but I am planning on formal lessons next winter. I've also considered shorter ski blades, as I can skate fairly well and was told that those remeble ice skates the most.

My first 2 sport workout today, did a mile swim in 55 minutes and then pounded out a 5k in 29 minutes right after. Tomorrow a 15 mile cycle on the trainer. Followed this up with a 14oz strip steak and broccoli. Feel good and tired all at once. Also this is my new setup for winter cycling, not all that exciting, but a good way to train properly.

Couple that with the fact that people are mostly (stupid) these day and viola. And stupid means, social media is always right, it's on insta, an influencer said so, it HAS to be correct. A bunch of kids and young adults fought for independence 250 years ago, and now we fight to pretend our sexual organs are different. We are as overpopulated as ever, the earth probably won't be able to handle what we're throwing at it for long. Humans are by nature, destructive. But nature finds a way to fight back. -
I have to say, Jeff hasn't been enjoyable this year. He's like a Marchand/Kadri, but not as good. He's always yapping and looking for a call instead of playing the game. 9 million bucks, wow
