If we were in a playoff spot, getting physically dominated would be my #1 concern.

Robin Lehner, league leader, nice turn around season

Oh boy, the bald faced hornets will be dive bombing now. I had the same thoughts. That trade doesnt look bad if the goalie is capable of these numbers. As ... posted, wtf is in the water here? -
I hadn’t considered that, but Benson being in a very public location for that press conference surely could have been contrived. I’m cynical enough to believe it’s possible and maybe even probable.

But, Eeyore.....

Of course it will be. Was it ever not a thing?

I hated when Regier used that line of reasoning as he tried to justify lack of moves.

It's reverse schadenfreude. Getting angry over another's success. Unfortunately, this rings truthful. Noob owners bring in noob management who hire noob coaches to oversee the most difficult of plans to make work. What could go wrong?

I just had a mental image of the Buffalo Sabres with jet black hair, fingernails, and lipstick, badly needing some vitamin D, wearing black pants and jacket, and holding a blood soaked towel over a shallow cut wrist. How did this happen now and not during the goat head years?

Probably, but I think that a guy working in the peak of his profession is likely not a moron operating below the level of iphone coaches, and I also am not attempting to dissect his quotes. Maybe that is confirmation bias. Maybe it’s just giving a guy who’s better informed than Me the benefit of the doubt.

I think they call that confirmation bias. ?

If it is an untruth anyway, who cares what was said?

Or he refuses to show his hand. Im assuming he’s not a moron and there are things in play that he wouldn’t want to divulge. But he could be a moron.

No, his tantrum got worse and he damaged a bunch of greens. And this too

Remember when we said Elie wasn’t getting waived because Dallas would pick him up and we’d lose an asset? Good times.

This has the makings of a solid meme.

I should say so. If he chooses not to sign it won't be a good omen for our near future.
-
Now here is an interesting tidbit.

I saw that. Supposedly his issue there was that the sand was not raked properly after the last golfer was in that trap. Something ain't right with that guy.
-
Best in my lifetime for sure.

Saw that. Wow.

I was out visiting Buffalo breweries yesterday. One of them had the Golf Channel on. It was talked about, but there was no footage shown. I wonder if it wasn't a televised event.

It can't repair the same until the grass has regrown. Pro greens are super smooth and predictable. The areas he damaged won't play the same as the rest of the green until a full repair including regrowth has occurred. It definitely changes how that spot plays. It has the potential to affect someone's score. He definitely earned that DQ. Must have been one helluva meltdown.

Ruins the playing surface for everyone behind him. It is a major faux pas.
