It is so true. Other teams know we are soft, the refs know we are soft. The team knows they’re soft. Won’t change until the makeup of the team is changed. Gallant wouldn’t appreciate the softness that’s for sure.

I never thought we’d be in this situation but it makes sense. We had sooooo many guys have career years last year. It was an oversight to not take that into consideration by GMKA. But nobody predicted a guy like Dylan Cozens would completely forget how to play hockey. And it’s clear. We have some top young defense that will be great but our goalies are garbage. And we are wayyyy too soft!

It’s actually incredible to see what Fox News reported. Car full of explosives, from Canada, Muslims, Israel, Hamas etc When it’s a car from the US side flying literally through the air at 100mph. Its extremely scary that people believe what they say on a daily basis. And then our idiot opposition leader goes into the House of Commons and spews the “report” that he clearly got from Fox. A guy who can’t be briefed because he hasn’t got security clearance. Can’t make this stuff up. This fox news report should serve as a reminder to report facts, not fiction.

I think the core is set and good to build around. However I think I was fooled into thinking we’d take the next step this year knowing full well we may not make playoffs because of our ridiculously hard division. I did not think about how many players had career years and what it would mean if they regressed even a little. And this seems to be the case early on for many. And because of that it’s showing how poor we are in the bottom six and still, defensively. This was an error by KA in building on last year. Certainly not all of the core can have career years all the time. I think we are known as soft as well and don’t benefit from it from any measuring stick. I still hope they can do it but even a few injuries and playing below average in a division that’s hard and has continuous 3 point games, will make it difficult every year.

Last night Greenway basically did nothing with his big body. Letting Dahlin get roughed up should be an absolute no-no yet nobody does Jack.
