I caught on the radio this morning that Silverberg (sp) was on the ice for 20 or 21 shots against us and we recoded none while he was on the ice. That is a disgusting stat.

I'm curious about the people who think Jonas had a good game. He did not. He was lucky early and I think it was obvious with multiple posts and, the final score. I find this slightly amusing. Grigo should go back to Roch for a little more seasoning with his improved physical self. Nolan will lose some credibility if Grigo goes back to Roch right away because he has earned a spot here. I think I just send the little guy back to juniors right off the bat and Nikita also without question. I think Jake stays.

I respect the hell out Kopi also and suspect we will have a talent of that level somewhere in the roster so I expect LA type results even if we don't get #1 or #2 but if we do and we have all these other top picks still and kids developing and talent already up or about to burst through, well crap, we are going to be a scary ass team for a long time tank or not this year!

Well, I 've said all along to the tankers that a Nolan team in his second year isn't going to be a bottom feeder. Want some sign of that? See Chris Stewart. Grigs is definitely getting it. But the goaltending could still be the sole reason we are on way to the bottom all while paying for entertaining hockey!! If that's the reason we tank I'm cool with that. But don't tell me we are bottom feeders based on the rest of the team. Ink, 28 is solidly in the pre season. Dude is like veteran player who is not going to hurt himself or get crazy. His job is safe. And to back up Nikita comments I agree with Heimdall that it will be too little too late as far as him showing enough. He's going back just to piss him off. I am a big Z fan and think going back to juniors is a waste. However he hasn't done enough to get a spot here and these guys aren't giving anything to anyone so back he goes. He will be back. Leaner Meaner And you guys better watch out then. I expected him to play his way on. I'm not shattered that it doesn't happen but disappointed in that he has Grigo's attitude from last year seemingly. Or he's sulking knowing that he was not going to be on the big club and just said f it. I'm eating until next season then. Honestly as a season ticket holder I just need to say that I am happy as hot ###### that Matt Ellis is not part of my ticket package!! Oh and p.s.
