    Does ROR become more valuable for what he adds to the bench and the kids coming up that justifies the price? I could probably make that argument but am not willing to overpay to do it. We can stay the course without him if we have to give up a ridiculous haul. Paying this dude is a punishment enough given the demands. I am not one of those something for nothing people. 21, McCabe and Hodgson and I'm good. Call me if someone offers you a better package and I'll consider the options. I' will take whatever GMTM does however and roll with it because one thing is for certain, Darcy would have never done it.

    Exactly how I feel on ROR. But that feeling gets amped up or turned down depending on what it actually costs. Not giving both 2nds for Talbot thanks. I'm very interested in Carolina's Skinner. Cost should be very reasonable but there must be something behind the curtain that we don't see there. He could be an incredible value or steal. I may question the price Murray pays in any of these deals. But I am 100% on board with him so his vision is where we're going. I'm wondering though if maybe a lot of this is just smoke amongst GM's. I think he had in mind one more year before he went into high gear. I think that changed when we got Kane and now Eichel coming on and Sammy. Like I've been thinking we'll improve significantly and should contend for a playoff spot if we are adding the likes of Kane, say Skinner or ROR, plus the two kids, not to mention BOGO from the start and a goalie.

    I personally hate the idea of an rfa offer sheet. LA is matching. Chicago is matching. Explore a trade if we want it that badly. Regardless, in GMTM I trust.

    Me too. Unless by some miracle he's had some transformation already in the off season and can show it. At his best he doesn't seem anything of what GMTM is building. I'm crossing fingers he is moved.

    Good questions and I feel somewhat responsible and apologize and as I previously said, moving on. So what about this Barr guy? I am solid with Terry Murray but do not have the same knowledge of Barr. Somebody speak up and account for him. On blind faith based on all that is right that is happening for us I will have to assume this is great hire. But I don't know that. I do know the Murray brothers are both great hires.

    OK if it's juvenile, it's juvenile but my cards are on the table so as to avoid any confusion. Scott can say I'm wrong and you can too. As a poster though, I didn't like what I perceived to be trolling as necessary. We're all big boys here though and by my comments you can tell I wouldn't go out of my way to stick up for him. But as a poster, coming from a mod, I found it unnecessary. Moving on now. Thank you

    Personally I can't stand PA. That's me and I'm entitled to my opinion. But I think as a mod, blatantly trolling someone is kinda whack. Even if I cant stand him and his endless conspiracy crap and find it annoying drivel. I'm sure he sees me in the same light and that's alright. We cant all get along. In other words it would be fine for me to do it, but a mod? Not cool in my book. That's all I'm sayin.
