    Thanks Drunkard that is a similar answer to what I would have said. I would bet the process has indeed already started. That's why you pay your advisors. They have the money there will not be a burden noticeable to them. And who knows what the tax the laws are at that time.

    Taxes after an inheritance on the team will be a thought for about two seconds with the kind of money these folks have. It will be more a matter of if the kids wish to own it and I bet at least one will take and keep the legacy alive.

My Chet and Muffy crowd while not energized is doing much better at filling our seats. I know the aftermarket is totally dead. I was happy to have gotten rid of inventory to friends and family at cost for the games I needed to. I have seen the 300 corners filled a few times this year but you're right that interest has waned and the only way to energize tha base is win. Eichel, Kane, Sam, RoR are not enough. Need to win if you expect this base to change.

    Thanks boss. Good to have you again. For now... No need to feel bad for us. Well maybe PTR but that's a different story. I'd be more worried as a Bills STH which I gave up a few years ago. They are the ones about to take it on the chin now. And again, and again in a buildup to an apocalyptic price change when a new stadium is built in Pegulaville. I will say if the price keeps going like it has for Sabres they will hit a problem but it will adjust after the next lockout just as it did for the last one.

    I strongly disagree with you on swapping the goalies. Linus is headed there anyways when whatever his name is comes back. I just don't see the point in swapping him for Makarov. Although I wouldn't mind seeing him. Is there a goalie battle in Roch when he gets sent back? And I don't think I'll ever forget rooting for the yotes. And I never want to again!

    In my 49 years which includes seeing more than 300 NHL games in Buffalo, Toronto, Montreal, New York and Tampa I can tell you the Winter Classic at the Ralph is far and away my most memorable hockey experience. I hope you'll reconsider and come join the party. Buffalo style! :beer:

    Still feelin that bro? Lehner is my choice just so there's no confusion. I'm all in for Ullmark making it also though and if he manages to surpass Lehner so be it. In fact I have spouted that Ullmark should start every two games to Johnsons one in the interim while Lehner is gone. I'm a little queasy on that after realizing what happened again tonight. Cant have that kind of stat line for the second time in five or six games? And be thought of as the answer. Time to pour some cold water on all that and there's nothing wrong with that given he's way ahead of schedule. Wrong thread but when Lehner gets back the best thing for him may very well be Roch. There's nothing wrong with that.

    Laptop advice

    Lenovo is formerly IBM. Have a great tablet from them and wouldn't hesitate to buy a medium to high end product from them. Lower end stuff just looking at reviews lately is a little scary. I have a friend asking about a laptop for black Friday...I have told him his guidelines are i5, 8gb and 1tb drive. His budget to me was $350 and I said that cant be done. In the recent days I think those specs were found for $399 and one of them was with a small SSD. Oh the times they are a changing!!

    So do I need to raise my pitchfork or not? I would move him happily. I don't see him fitting in long term with so many small guys here. I agree with both of your comments here so if he's going it really does have to be something we are really looking to be better at long term. LHD? Yes, move him if the LHD fits the bill. Move him for the sake of moving him? Hell no. Let him figure it out.

    No. Which makes me laugh at 3putt or sick or one the like that posted tonight about being mediocre and and and. Makes me think he thinks we should be cup bound this year. And my feelings were playoff bound and that to many people is a joke. To each their own I guess.
