    Tough physical game. Looks like playoff hockey! Really noticed Bailey and hope he continues to improve. He will fit in well here if he can just get that first one. Someone said something about seeing how McNabb looks. I didn't notice him at all. That is actually a compliment.

    Well it seems like with all the speculation ramping it seems like this could be it's own silly season where GM's lose their minds earlier than July 1st. The longer there are quality players such as McGinn available, and with a bigger pool that GMTM can include, there may well be a crazy storm coming.

    McGinn, Pysyk, Foligno and a high pick to Anaheim for Fowler Drouin to Montreal for Max Pacciorety and 2017 2nd. Legal disclosure. None of this would happen in the real world.

I like this a lot. Wouldn't be the first time GMTM would think from a certain spot in the draft like say after the first pick to say I'll give you the rest of my picks for your next one!

    This is a smart observation on DB. I'm guessing GMTM also sees him as a valuable guy who the coach wants to overplay. I think the main thing is McGinn's camp is expecting 4+ million and term. Probably a little more than GMTM is willing to do and to market he goes. You can't say a bad thing about McGinn. He's been a great teammate since he's been here and I will miss him. Not end of the world miss him but he will be missed.

    No. But with his value where it is right now a deadline deal next year may be better or even maybe more likely a 2017 draft day deal pending development of everyone.

    We know we wont win the lottery and I'm fine with that. Especially if it means we could draft a Tkachuk or a Chychrun that fit our needs and both of whom by the way will likely be in the NHL right away. Adding one of them would be icing on the cake and push the team back into the playoffs next year. I think Tkachuk is going to be a dominant player. Drunkard, thank you for clarifying your position.
