Fair question. My answer is it depends on where the cuts are coming from. 80K nationwide seems reasonable. So far cuts have not affected my local VA or my VSO counterparts who work with me assisting local veterans. When/if it does I'll be on here bitching about it. Wow! I had no idea there was such a stark contrast. I guess I always assumed canada was on a more level playing field with the US. I'll be the first to admit I don't know a damn thing about tariffs. This is also some good info, thanks. Everything I've read says that the Tariffs will be a bad thing short term. As far as long term what I've read is mixed. Some say it could be good for the US long term. Unfortunately, it looks like we're going to find out.

I don't think you're wrong for having a different opinion than me, we can respectfully disagree on an issue. Admittedly, I went too far with this one. The deal was apparently agreed to by Zelenskyy's own words. I thought it would have led to the end of the war, I think we can agree that we both want that.
