What other ways are there that would be better?

Weave, how is it a bad thing for the insurance companies? Percentage of people with insurance goes up, does it not? More premiums paid, what am I missing?
-
Thank you for taking the time to post that. It looks good to me, why do I see/hear people complaining about it?

Almost my entire adult life I've been in the army and never had to worry about healthcare for the family or myself. Because of that, I've never given much thought to "obamacare", don't really understand how it works or who it applies to. Would any of you fine gentlemen be so kind as to give me a dumbed down version that I can understand? Much appreciated....

I like that idea.

Yes, "Fallen Angels" is a common term that we use.
-
Is this the quote you have an issue with: "Where we acknowledge the incredible debt we owe to the families of the 6,473 fallen angels and the 49,746 wounded. Thousands, critically wounded." It's a common term that we use, especially during the first 12-18 hours of recovering the bodies when everyone is overly emotional, arranging the hero flight back to the states and performing the ramp ceremony on thier way out. I have no issue with the him using the term, and I can't imagine any of my peers having an issue with it, I'm curious, why does it bother you? This is the quote that I think should bother you because it is complete bull - "Where we bring our troops home from Afghanistan, just as we brought them home from Iraq." We are not pulling out of Afghanistan any time soon, and I would be shocked if it is not still a topic for the next election.

Did you sign it?

Sorry for your loss deluca. Qatar - three beers a night, civilian clothes, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, jet skis, trips to the shopping mall, condoms passed out at every aid station. It's not a deployment, it's the military version of club med. I hope you are able to realize how good you have it there. -
I'll be going to the Tacoma/Seattle area for about 18 months. I would appreciate any recommendations from anyone in that area.

My experience is it's easier to back a truck into a parking spot then to pull in front ways. I never back in when driving the impala or the civic, but always with the ram.

I'll be in the U.S. for the duration of the season, i'd like to play if theres room for me.

Yes, a few times, in Iraq, back in 05. Never in America though. Personally, I don't have weapons in my home and would never allow them in my home because of the kids & grand kids. But I understand that that is merely my own personal preference and would never judge anyone who had them. Just like I would never judge anyone who carries a concealed weapon just because I don't feel it is something I need to do. I'm not a gun guy, and outside of my job I don't touch them and don't like them. But guns don't kill people, people kill people.

K-town? If so, I feel your pain. -

I'm not a season ticket holder like you, but I do live in the area make it to 20-25 games a year. And like you, the Preds are my adopted 2nd team. From what I've heard Weber made it clear that he isn't coming back if Suter don't. It's not like the Sabres of 07 in that they can get a decent return for Weber. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you don't think he'll sign long term anymore than I do, you just think he goes at the deadline instead of now. I think his value is higher now. As a Preds fan you cannot be unhappy about tootoo moving on, that's a good thing. His time is past, and most fans see that.
-
No way Weber stays in Nashville now. He'll go to the highest bidder before the season starts. I think Sekera, Pysyk and two firsts might do it.
-
Me too.

I love two hours of Sabres talk daily, I agree with the poster that having Peters as a full time co-host may make it even better. This show is long over due in Buffalo. We seem to have alot of posters who dislike Cowherd, I'm curious why? His financial security is tied to ratings, ratings are based on the size of his audience, his audience listens because they want to hear what he's saying. He talks about what the majority of the country wants to hear. There are lots of options on both national and local broadcasts for people to listen to, but his affiliates continue to grow. Just curious why it seems such a large segment of posters on here seem to hate him.

Welcome back. 3rd weekend in July I'll be in the Bradford area for my wifes family reunion in Sizerville. Actually, I'll be in the Buffalo area for about six weeks but I can only stomach a small amount of time in pennsitucky. If you want to meet up for a beer PM me.

Completely separate trade with different players going out. Combine the two if you wish, or disqualify me if you think it's appropriate. Didn't mean to overstep, apologies...

Sekera, pysyk and two 1st's to Nashville for weber, weber signed long term.
