    I live 45 minutes from Bridgestone arena and have been to many games over the past decade, and see the Sabres a couple times a year when I visit home. Bridgestone is a much better atmosphere than buffalo.

    USA! USA! USA! Current standings have Mexico in fifth, I think it would be awesome if they stayed there and don't qualify for the playoff with New Zealand. Anyone else watch the game last night? Very surprised with how well Beckerman played. Seemed like Mexico targeted fabian Johnson as the weak link and pressed him every time he touched the ball. Beasley looked solid on the left side. Eddie Johnson had a great game and his chemistry with Dempsey may keep him in the lineup over altidore. I wasn't impressed with jones, I thought he had a bad game.

    I'm on the west coast now (Fort Lewis, WA), if possible I'd prefer a weekend as I'm still at work at eight o'clock eastern time. If not, no biggie.

    I find it interesting that Fran lists griffin and not Wilson. Personally, I think Wilson will have the better career, but who am I to argue with a hall of fame quarterback.

    Perhaps. If expansion was done right I think it could work. The north west has about a half dozen jr A teams between Portland and the border, I believe teams in Portland and Seattle would thrive out here.
