Agreed though. At least for a while, we shouldn't hear bitching if the play continues as is with a new coach. Don't know how many of you are baseball fans but I am. I'm a Braves fan. I'd liken it to when we got rid of Bobby Cox. Many Braves fans (not me) were absolutely ecstatic about him going because Cox was "stuck in his old ways", etc. They practically had a collective ###### when Fredi Gonzalez was named manager, but shortly after and to this day, people are hating him and the way he does things. I just hope that doesn't happen here, but it's the nature of sports fans for that to happen.

Very sad. Regier has to go too. If they're tied at the hip like this, you gotta get rid of him too. I think that'll happen this offseason. As for replacements, who could it possibly be? Not sure on who is available or how coaching vacancies in the NHL really work.

Gotta get the other lines going more but I was glad to see Ennis net that goal after having a couple chances immediately prior. Best game for Vanek in his career right? I've only been watching since January 2009. Miller had about the best game one could possibly have "giving up" four goals. Two due to Myers. What has happened to Tyler? Can't even sell high on him. Probably the game of the year so far in the NHL. Unless I'm missing any others.

I'm very close to being done with Myers. Two, three huge mistakes tonight. Just unacceptable for someone who is supposed to be who he's supposed to be.

I think you have to keep him up. Actually think a shortened season is a good thing for him. Everything is up in the air right now and he can find his way just like some teams are finding their way. If things don't work out this season overall, he will have gained the best experience possible to gear up for next year's full slate.
