No. Actually it hasn’t. Terry is happy with his staff. He’s happy with the players and coaches. He’s happy with the GM who has done nothing to move this team forward all he’s done is bare minimum. He’s treaded water. The dog paddle. Maybe just float. Well float but with your nose taking in some water. Its bad. Its really really bad.

My take. The NHL is a bad place to develop players. Unless they are Crosby, McDavid, Ovi types. KA runs them into the league and throws them into situations they can not possibly handle. Most players need a slow bake in the AHL to gain confidence etc.

At this point in time I doubt Terry cares. He’s got the Bills to keep him happy. But the fans of the Sabres might need to get loud to effect change. Squeeky wheel gets the grease.

When does Dahlin hand in his ‘ C ‘ ? The pressure for him will be intense if he comes back into a losing streak.

1975 for me as well. My 10 year old self might never have got caught up in a team that was what seemed worlds away when the easier choice would have been the Canucks who were just next door. If I could have foreseen the shitshow this has become my choice may have been different. This is the first time I have seriously thought of walking away. I lay the blame at the feet of TP. But there’s plenty to go around.

Now they’ve gone too far. They’re taking the only joy out of the game day experience.
