I think you understand my point. Yes they’ve tried but to get it wrong continuously over a decade shows a level of incompetence few fans would want to pay for financially and emotionally. What I’m seeing and it doesn’t surprise me is the Bruins are hard on the puck and the Sabres are soft. Every puck battle. The way Dahlin went into the corner with the pest on that PP and had his lunch handed to him is an example. The way the Bruins are allowed to cruise through the crease without any pushback. Anyways go Sabres.

My spirits have been bouyed by the style of play and the hard work the guys have been putting in to improve. Team spirit ? I think the guys love playing for meatballs. I wonder what old Ralph is up to? Prolly listening to himself speak is my guess.

What I meant was he walked away from the team.I don’t believe he would have ever quit on the ice on his team mates. Guy wanted to win bad. I like jack but my opinion on him has changed drastically since he turned his back on his team mates. He quit. Guys got to do whats right for him I suppose but that don’t change how he went about it.

As to the olympics I would hope Jack could play. I can’t see a team trying to keep him out. It may happen as a result of this medical disagreement but thats a result of the disagreement not the aim of the Sabres.

I strongly believe Jack quit on the Sabres and subsequently on his team mates.

Oh the humanity ! Its not them its us. Its not that they were good, our guys simply didn’t show up. Its not like they outplayed us, we took them too lightly. How on earth could we lose to that completely terrible and retchid franchise ? some of the shite i swear i heard on Vancouver sport radio today. That and fans calling for the coach , the g.m. And the stick boy to be fired because gasp...we lost to the worst group of hockey players in the universe. Completely over the top over reaction. I loved every minute of it. Well except the part where they call themselves the best fans in hockey. That was a bit much.

He left the game for awhile in the first but I didn’t see what happened. When he returned he had what looked like a cut near his mouth.
