I think I could get to like this guy but unfortunately the negatives outweigh the positives so far. Seems like a waste of a roster spot.

If anyones had a boss that hangs over your shoulder it can be unsettling. Especially if you are the type that is confident in your own ability and doesn't need your hand held.
