I’ve never liked losing. I accept that we’re not going to win every game, Cripes I’m a Sabres fan through and through. But with all the losing we’ve done I’ll never accept it . You see teams like Vegas do it in their first couple of seasons. Then you see our GMs come in and give themselves 3 or 5 years to figure it out. It rarely goes as planned. I’m concerned. You see how they respond to adversity and its not hard to see that to a certain extent the losing is accepted. Its not good enough. The young guys have to absolutely hate losing for this to turn around. I don’t see that. I think the culture surrounding this team still needs some changing.
