  1. In a vacuum, no. But let's not pretend we're in a vacuum here. Laud the balls on the guy for pulling the goalie so his team can lose by an extra goal, but let's have a look at all the things he's quite evidently not dealing with (or if he's trying to, then woof twice as hard).
  2. Is he though? Perhaps having his team better prepared to start games, be less inclined to make a mess out of zone exits, and for that matter, zone entries, then I’d believe he’s doing what’s best to win. Dude’s incapable. On any level, no leadership whatsoever.
  3. Pulling the goalie with almost five minutes left, in a game your team has demonstrated they couldn’t score in a brothel with a fist full of fifties, just screams: “LOOK AT ME, I’M COACHING!!!!!!” Let’s just put Phil, and more importantly us, out of his misery now.
  4. Dahlin needs to get himself stronger. Which he will, but still... ugh. SOMEBODY SCORE A F***ING GOAL....
  5. K.O. with a monster backcheck. Dude’s doing what he can...
  6. “Why that not was a penalty?” A Rayzor gem if ever there was one...
  7. Even amidst the nut-fog that surrounds the rest of the team, Dahlij is fun to watch.
  8. Yeah, I might be coming over to the “Fire Housley into the Sun” camp...
  9. Welp. I doubt I’ll get much of an argument if I opine that what we just witnessed was a suboptimal period of hockey... 40 minutes to fix it...
  10. Hutton’s ability and willingness to move the puck is outstanding.
  11. This game’s gonna get chippy...
  12. True. Samson did him no favors. Or much of anything, really...
  13. Anybody else using nhl.tv have a problem with the feed freezing every time there’s a commercial break? Second game in a row...
  14. Alright boys, let’s do this...
  15. Hutton, per Hammy.
  16. I imagine they'll send Tennyson down on paper before the game and recall him afterwards, Bogo having spontaneously combusted in warm-ups.
  17. And he'll 100% be starting next Monday against the Pats... let's all stew on that for a bit.
  18. No idea what Allen's situation was, but I have read that Jobs went the "let's use the power of crystals and positive thinking" route in treating his cancer. With predictable results.
  19. Haaaaaa! Ha. Ha. Heh.... Haaaaaaah... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!
  20. He'll play. The more interesting line is when does he go out injured. My bet would be Under 3:00 in the first period.
  21. We go again... At 10:00 PM Eastern, my bad.
