We need to separate our presumptions accordingly from criminal to civil. The bar is lower, as are the stakes for someone of EK's stature. He's not innocent unless the evidence puts the case beyond reasonable doubt. The bar here is: is it more likely than not that the alleged contract was made and then breached. Again, i have previously noted that there's a whole lot of crazy going on here one way or the other. I'm in lined to believe it's very much on the EK side, but have no solid evidence /proof to present, hut let's see how it goes....

Took my daughter out tonight, first Halloween in the new neighborhood. Was highly disappointed at the percentage of those who chose not to participate. But the houses who did knew what was up, and threw as much candy as they could at the kid. Literally spent five minutes at a house where the woman with the candy bowl kept telling kiddo “oh take another one”. Kid still made out with a full bag.

Can confirm, as I was born in Germany to American parents. Evidently the Army screwed something up with my paperwork, and as such INS got involved when my mom tried to register me for Kindergarten when I was five. Happened again when I tried to get my License at 16. Had to get my congressman’s office involved at that point. Didn’t get a license until a month before i graduated. Now I have a fancy birth certificate issued by the state department...
