You're saying he's not and that he shouldn't. So there should be no problem. Yet you create a problem by saying he shouldn't only because he can't to avoid hypocrisy. You can't be satisfied.

So if he criticizes anyone during the game, he has no right. He doesn't have the right because he's not a captain. Our fan base just makes stuff up to be upset about.

You missed my point. I'm not talking about lately. There's not enough talent or veteran presence to afford Jack a horrible game. Rodriguez is scoring but this team isn't staying a float - it's drowning.

Yeah, I have to agree. Pretty uninspired hockey. That can't happen when you're the leader at this point in the season - good news is he knows that. It's a process to learn how to carry a team when there's really only 3-4 talented offensive players (now). There's no room for bad nights, unfortunately. It's a difficult spot to be in for a young man.

Certainly could be. I think this team gets hyped to play us. We invade their home rink and I know it bothers them.
