Why not, it's been that kinda week.

Well, he does keep himself pretty manicured. That too

Now all we need is for Kaepernick to come in and throw 5TD's to cap off a great week.

Kane could be bisexual, don't be bi-ist.

Nice to see NHL.TV is up to par to start the season. Nothing like missing the first period of the home opener.

Exactly. If it takes one player to carry this team then it's not a well-rounded team. And it is.

Ha, I knew you were channeling your inner Pedro Cerrano.

The streaming quality seems to be much improved. I almost can't tell.

So, bring in Derek Roy for a PTO?

You might want to double check the reports on I-95, I don't know the conditions in the Carolinas, but I just got back from SC tonight and took 95 from Savannah. Zero problems. Some of the rest stops were a little torn up but 100% functional.

There is about zero chance the Bills sweep the Pats. And I think that's being optimistic.

Accepting and allowing them to compete are two totally different things. I think only the hardest core conservatives are the ones who aren't accepting of those who are different from them. But naturally, and physically, there is a point where you just can't allow them to compete. I'm not focusing on this story completely, but all of it in general. There have already been some high school stories coming out with men who identify as women competing (and winning) in women's high school sporting events and parents getting pissed off that it isn't fair. And it's not. Men and women are not the same, it doesn't matter how you identify. Naturally men just have a physical advantage over women whether you identify as a woman or not.

Good post. I have absolutely no problem treating everybody the same. I have my beliefs, my views, my interests as does every other person. Whatever makes each person happy, good for them. It's your life, you do as you please. I just don't like the liberal narrative that everybody should be equal. Well, I guess it's how you define equal. As you say, we should all be treated the same, but we're not all equal. I don't think a man should be allowed in women's sports, I don't think a woman should be allowed in men's sports. Outside of competition, you do as you please.

You're absolutely right, there shouldn't be. If there is this push for equality, then there shouldn't be any lines drawn. If lines are drawn, then it sets a double standard. There is a narrative to make everything equal, the left gets upset when the right wants to draw a line (i.e., bathrooms) but it's OK when the left wants to draw a line? For the record, I couldn't care less. I just wish people would recognize that even though, overall we're equal, we're not the same. Men and women are good and bad at different things. It's evolutionary traits ingrained in every species over hundreds of millions of years.

Bio, I know you don't like me very much. But I think you take great pics considering they're on your phone.

I know nobody has brought it up yet. I live in SoFL and Hurricane Matthew has been a big story for several days. The media hyped it up big time, and even though it's been a nasty mo-fo, it never turned out to be a killer where I live like they expected. It's been 11 years since we got slammed by Hurricane Wilma. SoFL brings in a ton of new residents so this is their first big storm and the media scared them into insanity. I am a big weather geek and my personal weather station said we got a 37 MPH wind gust and 1.2" of rain. After the media scared everybody into buying up all the gas within 50 miles, selling out Publix bottled water and getting every piece of plywood available. It turned out to be a dud in Boca. I drag race, and we had a big race in Valdosta two weeks ago. It got canceled due to weather and re-scheduled to this weekend in Jackson, SC (just outside of Aiken). This is the usual track that this race is held every single year. Normally, it would hold about 500 of the best drag racers in the southeast. Since it was re-scheduled and most have regular jobs, most couldn't make it. But, it had to be re-scheduled nonetheless. Since Matthew was supposed to hit, most racers from SoFL decided to stay home. Understandably. But the race had to be finished by the 2nd week of October. Out of 40 racers from our track, 4 of us made it up here. We raced all day on Thursday and most of today (Friday). Either way, it's getting really nasty out. I got here on Tuesday and the hotel I made reservations with was already completely booked by evacuees from Charleston. This town is mobbed. Every hotel is completely booked. We've already had close to 4" of rain and 55MPH gusts and the worse has yet to come. I took video but the Wi-Fi is kinda slow with all the people here to upload. I love this , Mother Nature is my girlfriend. Just saying, if it's this bad 100 miles inland, I really feel for the people that are at this hotel that have homes along the coast and don't know what to expect.

Hoss, don't worry. I saw your post before you deleted it. That's pretty much all you needed to say.

Not sure if there is a thread about traveling and vacationing. If not, I'd like to start one. As we all know, native Buffalonians move and/or travel a lot. I travel very much in the south. In fact, I am in Aiken right now getting hit with some Matthew storms that I didn't get back at home in Boca. I have many faves in the south and would love to share my experiences. I'm also looking to leave SoFL right now so listening to others' experiences out of town is nice too. Where have you all gone, where have you all settled at, and what do you have nice to say about where you live?

The way I see it is, the liberal agenda wants everybody to be equal. So if you're going to make exceptions when it comes to differentiating males and females based on physical performance, then they're just being hypocrites.

I'm a strawberry

It's all about equality, it shouldn't matter.

Oh dude, you didn't just say that.................

I stay away for a few days and the place goes to hell. What am I going to do with you children?
