Including what will be a 4-3 score between the Caps and Leaves, teams are averaging 2.13 GPG in the playoffs. That would rank 29th in the league in regular season. 6 of 14 games have gone to OT. That makes for some exciting hockey, arguably (not in my mind), but I'm not a big fan of every game and every series basically being a coin flip. Gone are the days of real upsets. Even a #8 seed winning a series isn't really considered an upset any more.

Unless you're ultimate goal is to be a huge powerlifter, dumbbells are actually the best. Machines only serve one motion and don't help any of the supporting muscles. Use a bench and you can end up with at least 20 different exercises for upper body. I've been doing them for years but I don't know their technical names, lol. Sorry. Do a search for upper body dumbbell exercises to see diagrams. Don't get greedy right off the bat, work on higher rep, lower weight sets.

I really don't want to finally have this team get their heads out of their , possibly with a new coach, and have it all go to waste because Lehner gets hurt and we have to rely on a duo of Ullmark and possibly Peterson........ or worse. Before this year, Nilsson took time to get professional help with his technique and approach to the game. It showed in his performances. If Nilsson wants to come back, I'd rather have him than Ullmark. And it's not even close. I don't want next year to rely on 'maybes' and risks. Keep what's working now and focus on what's not. Don't fix what's not broken.

Sounds like Spuddy Gallant will be the new coach of Vegas. Might be time to bump the Panthers up to #1 and Vegas to #2 if Goober stays.

There is no way in hell Murray hasn't had discussion with the Pegulas regarding Goober yet. They had to have come up at some point because the last two weeks wasn't a game changer. It's been a topic of discussion for a couple of months. My point, if it hasn't happened yet, it's not going to happen.

He's not getting fired. We're gonna spend the entire offseason bitching about not getting good free agents because nobody wants to play for Goober, then it's be non-stop Goober bashing for each and every loss moving forward.
