  1. I will, as soon as you spread your criticism out consistently instead of just focusing on me.
  2. I give up.....................
  3. People can disagree without thinking the other is an idiot. Don't make me look like the bad guy.
  4. Don't put words in my mouth. What?
  5. Don't forget he was also the only one who knew how to score 5v5 playing for the worst 5v5 team in the league. It shouldn't surprise anybody that people want Kane traded, it's also the same fans that have given Lehner no credit while him and Nilsson finished 4th in the league in save percentage behind one of the worst defenses in the league. It's gonna suck with Kane being gone, next the fans will want to trade Eichel.
  6. Even though I really couldn't find a way to squeeze in the time to check out Nashville when I passed through in October, I regret not doing it. Would have loved to have checked out that city. That's got to be a blast! I'm jealous, enjoy the game and post some pics later!
  7. I'm not surprised there are $1,000 tickets, I'm surprised that is the absolute cheapest available.
  8. Cheapest ticket on Stubhub for game 3 is $1,000.......................
  9. I am the egg man.
  10. The Panthers hired Shawn Thornton as VP of Business Operations (as expected). Now, Tallon is interviewing Chris Pronger for a front office position. I wonder if he's piecing together a goon squad to beat up the analytics guys. :D
  11. Nice to have Olczyk setting Regis straight. That absolutely wasn't a penalty on Malkin. Terrible officiating this game.
  12. I think Lehner has proven he's more than capable of handling the job. There are plenty of other problems to deal with than trying to find somebody to take over in net. Peterson shouldn't see anything more than a starting role, tops, in Rochester next year. And if Lehner can turn in another good year, that's where Peterson should remain. Lehner's save percentage was better than multiple Vezina winners this year, behind one of the worst defenses in the league. Not sure what more fans want. Peterson shouldn't even get a sniff of the NHL next year. Hell, the way Nilsson played, neither should Ullmark. The Sabres finished tied for 4th in team save percentage. That's the 2nd highest the team has finished in 15 years. That doesn't need messing with.
  13. Thanks for getting back. I ended up going to Fit2Run and got a pair of On Cloudflow. Well worth the extra $$ in my opinion. Very minimalist shoe but great cushioning. I could tell the difference immediately based on the sound of my foot hitting the treadmill. Far better than the Brooks I was using, and those were better than the Asics. Doohickie, that's a cool shot in front of the fountain.
  14. All-Star performance by Rinne.
  15. Nice collection, I think you've posted that before, it looks familiar. I'd say you got your money's worth out of that camera.
  16. That's still a damn good camera after all these years. Hell, refurbs are going for about the same price of the cameras I mentioned above. Full frames are definitely the way to go if you're willing to spend the $$. Well worth the investment.
  17. What's stopping ya? I hear ya on those two choices. I've got no problem spending some coin on a full frame camera but it just wouldn't get the usage to make it worthwhile down here. As pretty as Florida is, subjects are limited. The Everglades? The beach? That's about it. Once I get out of here it would be a more logical purchase.
  18. So Pittsburgh's still not happy with the Crosby treatment in the playoffs. I'm sorry, for some reason I just don't feel sorry for him. All-Stars don't deserve better treatment, if anything they are getting favoritism. As soon as they're treated like everybody else, I might care. http://www.thehockeynews.com/playoffs/article/penguins-expect-crosby-abuse-to-continue-but-they-re-growing-tired-of-it
  19. Laviolette puts on 50 pounds for each team he takes to the Final, in hopes people would stop focusing on his bad hair.
  20. Any camera recommendations? It's time to put my current DSLR out to pasture. It lived a good life. I've got a couple of Canon lenses so I'm limited to a Canon camera. I'd really like to go full frame, but until I move somewhere where I can appreciate it more often I'm not gonna blow minimum $1,500. Gonna stay below $1,000. It seems like I'm limited to a D70, D77, T6i and T7i. Does anybody have experience with any of these? Am I missing any older, more high powered Canon DSLR's that might be able to be picked up for cheap? I'm making my semi-annual trip to North Carolina for a couple of weeks real soon, and I'd like to not have to take my current, worn out camera.
  21. You're in good hands.
  22. I know I'm not the only one that sifts through a bag of regular Cheez-Its to find the burnt pieces.
  23. Ottawa didn't deserve to win, but Anderson deserved better.
  24. I don't care what anybody says, I like Ed Olczyk.
