  1. Only had one three game winning streak last year. Now we've had three of them in a month. Let's see a four game streak! Got my vote.
  2. Until next time............... ;)
  3. The unsustainables win again!!
  4. Derrico, looks like you're going to give me an old-fashioned beating. Thanks for the lesson.
  5. Waiting patiently for the enemy to make a mistake.
  6. I think Potvin's half in the bag already.
  7. Anybody from South Florida watching this game? We get to hear Denis Potvin commentate......... can't get much worse than that. :wallbash:
  8. Pretty much. He trolls Twitter and then blocks trolls. I lost all respect for him and Sullivan when they ganged up on Pegula the day they broke ground on the Harbor Center.
  9. Harrington is a bonafide hypocrite.
  10. Pretty funny post-game from Gallant the other night after the Blues game. Somebody asked him what he thought about Brodeur, apparently Gallant isn't a big fan. About :55 in. http://video.panthers.nhl.com/videocenter/console?catid=93&id=694598&lang=en&navid=DL%7CFLA%7Chome
  11. Panthers are 8-4-3 in their last 15 games and have been playing really well. The new core is finally starting to gel. For some reason this always makes for a really boring game.
  12. Fair enough. :flirt:
  13. Not defensive, just don't accuse me of something I didn't do. It really is that simple. I was ready to drop it but you just needed to add fuel to the fire.
  14. You really need to figure out the difference between taking shots at posters and saying how I feel about an opinion. There's quite a distance between between the two. ex #1. Taro, I can't stand your opinion that tanking is beneficial, you really aren't that bright and your opinion sucks. ex #2. Taro, I can't believe you and some people would try so hard to prove that the Sabres will eventually start losing again and you actually enjoy it. It saddens me that others think likewise. Don't worry, I'll leave your thread. I'll be sure to ask your permission next time I respond to a thread of yours. At the very least, set some guidelines from the beginning if you're going to police what people say. I didn't think you'd turn a harmless post into such a distraction when I clearly said from the beginning that I realized I was posting in a pro-tank thread and it was my fault for wasting my time.
  15. Taro, I tell you what. Maybe your thread wouldn't have spawned my response if it weren't for these posts. If it was an obvious pro-tank thread then there shouldn't be questions asking about the status on the pro tank. Questions like this initiate responses like mine, if it were a problem you should have nipped this in the bud instead of focusing your displeasure on me. Nothing against Dudacek.
  16. You'll get over it. ###### this place is sensitive.
  17. You'll get over it.
  18. Take my statement for what it's worth. I don't like it. Alas I chose to partake in a thread about losing so it's only my fault that I have to deal with it.
  19. It saddens me that some people have gone through such great lengths to support the theory that the Sabres will eventually fail, almost like they're eagerly waiting for that 6-1 loss. Kudos to those who haven't embraced the tank.
  20. I think some people put WAY too much into what Tim Murray says or does not say. He probably doesn't speculate as much as some on this board.
  21. Tell me, what sample size is good enough for you? I've been hearing "sample size" for 5 years now to go along with "he's not good enough to play in a starting role" and "can he handle the work load?". He's managed to keep a consistent save percentage year after year, he's now even better now that he's been put in that starting role, he was good when he was in starting roles previously when Miller was hurt and he's now ranked 13th all-time on the Sabres list in games played. The fact that he held the save percentage that he did when he was in a backup role is even more proof that he can do the job. Who can come in and hold save percentage in the mid to high .910's as a backup? Hell, Miller could barely do that as a starter. At some point you guys gotta give it up and say, OK he's played enough to prove himself. Get over the Flutie Syndrome and give the guy some credit. :P
