Damn, that's nice getting Thomas and Cobb that low. I see you stuck by your word with Ivory and Martin. I think you're pretty well set on RB's. I can't fault you for taking Brady.

Don't be so sure. People don't realize how screwed up their comps get after a few years just from temp files, registry edits, corrupt files, etc....... then to top it off an update to Windows 10 and then back to 7. I tried the downgrade to 7 and it hosed my comp up big time because it doesn't save everything it needs to perform the downgrade correctly. Try the system restore, you'll be surprised. Shouldn't take more than an hour. Might need to go through all the updates after that to get Windows 10.

Glutton for punishment, aren't ya? :P If you've got noting to lose, do a complete system restore to Windows 7, then go right to 10 if you want to give it another chance. At least that way the update has a fresh install to work with instead of years of junk buried in your comp.

If I had their kind of money, I could have done a hell of a lot better without breaking the bank.

I don't want him anywhere near this team even if the rape stuff is false. This team has spent too much time to get to the point where they're at now. Just not worth what it would take to bring him here along with his ridiculous contract.

It's a standard (non-PPR) league. Something I might change next year. I hear ya on the RB situation. Since I had the first overall pick and had to go with a QB and WR with the 20th and 21st picks, I had to wait until #40 before I could address the #2 RB situation. 17 RB's had already been taken by then. That's the problem going first (as you know) you have to take your chances with having three early picks and hope they don't get injured. Haha, you can give me a hard time, I'm still fairly new to this (probably only played in about 6-8 leagues total) so I'm always open to hearing different strategies. And you're right, all four of those RB's were still available.

They way I see it is once you get to the 5th and 6th round, you're down to picking players that aren't going to net you 10 points per week. The first three rounds are the guys that carry your team. So in the 6th round I can go for a RB or WR that will get 130 points on the season or go after a defense that will get 130-150 points on the season. But wait a round and all the defense might be gone, but there will still be a handful of flex players capable of netting 130 points. Like I did with Sammy and Landry. (Landry seemed to be overlooked in both leagues, 2nd in rookie receptions and 14th overall last year) Haha it's all a crapshoot, when I'm stuck looking for WR's halfway through the season I'll probably be asking myself why I wasted a 6th rounder on defense. I'm with you about switching out defenses based on the opponent. I've done that in the past when I didn't get a top defense.

10 team. Surprisingly we didn't end up with as many recognizable free agents as I thought we would.

Somebody had taken Seattle at pick 58 or 59, I've noticed once the first person takes defense everybody else does the same. Being that I wasn't going to pick again for another 20 picks I didn't want to chance it. Where I did screw up is by taking two TE's that have the same bye week. Ouch!

That's what I'm thinking too. RB's seem to be a weaker field than WR's and QB's this year. Don't think I'll have much left to choose from with the 20th pick.

I've got the first overall pick in my other league, starting in 40 minutes. Any ideas? Peterson has something to prove, Lacy will have a bigger workload with Nelson out, Bell will be nice and healthy after is suspension, A. Brown are C Johnson are just that good, Luck is a no-lose situation................

I get all this, and I agree to a point. I still don't agree with the double standards when it comes to hate crimes and the racism that surrounds them. (I don't like that term, a killing is a killing regardless of race or religion).

I can speak for the ones I have spoken to........................ because I was there. Your attempt to fuse together two entirely different points is equally as inspiring.

There is no 'we'. I wasn't around then, my ancestors weren't in this country then, and neither of us had anything to do with slavery. And the majority of blacks that are old enough to have been through the Civil Rights movement are embarrassed by what has transpired in the last decade, more specifically the last few years. Equality doesn't mean 'shift to the other side to balance out history'.

I'm not racist, I'm sick of the double standards. Big difference. You know as well as I do if there was a radio show talking about lynching black people and it was posted on Youtube the MSM would be talking about it 24/7.
