Maybe they need to bench Moulson for a few games and give Kaleta a contract. If you're not going to get any kind of offensive output from your forwards, at least bring up somebody that can bring some emotion to the game. -

Goober needs to rethink who he indirectly criticizes during his post game. -

And Chad Johnson and ROR have been the two best players on this team for the last two months. How anybody can put an ounce of blame on Chad for this loss is beyond me. -

I think I need to take a few weeks off from watching this team. I'm losing interest in this sport and the Sabres aren't helping the cause. So many more exciting games to watch, these games are just killing it. Aside from the Boston game, there hasn't been one game in the last month and a half worth wasting two and half hours. -

Sorry. I think I used it all up the night I correctly predicted they would score 3 goals before the 3rd period. -

Yeah, let's not push it. -

I predict the Sabres score a 1st period goal. -
He was great in the playoffs so he's obviously a top 6 defenseman.

How many of those deaths happened in mass shootings? Because that's all your hero Obama seems to be concerned about, it's pretty much all he referenced when talking about his executive orders. But hey, let's create more laws to try and correct the problem, look how well that's working out for gun free zones.

He's a better leader, him and Campbell shut down the #1 lines on a regular basis, he knows when and when not to get involved on the offense and he's #6 in the league in Corsi Against/60 5v5 and #1 overall. Risto's not even #1 on the team.
-
I've watched Ekblad and Risto play all year long. They made the right choice. As good as Risto has been this year on a last place team, Ekblad is a better D-man right now.

Secretly owns one of these.

At some point, the "hittee" needs to be held accountable for putting himself in a vulnerable position. Tiffoli knew Polak was coming, as soon as they approached the boards Tiffoli came to a dead stop and turned his back. You can't hold the hitter responsible when the other player purposely turns his back. It almost looked like Polak was trying to avoid him because he checked up and hit him while he was bent over. If he really wanted to board Tiffoli, he would have stood up and labeled him. That better not get a review from the league.

I can see where he is coming from along with the other posters that are concerned about gun control. I just hope/wish that some would see that the current situation isn't as dire as some may think. ;)

I deleted my last post because I posted the wrong stats. Not sure where you're going with this. I'm not comparing the US to other countries. There are many other factors that play into the equation. All I'm getting at is, homicide rates are decreasing while gun ownership is increasing. Do with that as you will, I'm just pointing out that DeLuca is being a bit dramatic.

Let's not get crazy. It hasn't been our demise yet and it's not getting worse. In fact as gun ownership increases, murder rates by firearms have decreased.

That's cool that you plotted everything out to see how it all functioned together. My guess is most people don't do that. I know a few on here mentioned calorie tracking. I'll admit my diet isn't great. I don't eat a lot of candy, I don't eat fast food at all, but I do enjoy the heavy stuff....... pasta, potatoes, whole milk, meat, breads, etc. Although my early meals generally consist of fruit, power bars, granola. I'm not sure what is tougher, controlling a good diet or maintaining a steady workout routine. For me it's the diet because working out is easy now that I've done it for so long. Then again the main reason I started working out was so I could enjoy the tasty foods. Good luck with the weight training, the first couple of weeks are the toughest.

I said screw the marketplace and went through ehealthinsurance.com. Third time I've used them. They processed me that night. Only problem is Humana didn't take the next steps after they approved me and I spent 3-4 hours on the phone with them just trying to get them to add me to the system for a plan they approved me for two weeks earlier. Here I am still without insurance cards. This was after they jacked my 2015 plan up 34%. I had problems with Humana last year and I vowed never to go back to them. I didn't listen because I found another plan I liked through them. I did use my plan once last year in December to get x-rays. I went to my PCP to get a referral, and I see in my online profile that Humana didn't cover the bill because it was an out of network imaging center that my PCP specifically referred me to within the network. After all I've been through with them the last couple of weeks there's going to be hell to pay when I receive that bill. I feel your pain, the whole system is up.

I want to be on record as saying I didn't bring this up. But you don't have to twist my arm. :D

That's not my logic. I wasn't comparing career numbers, I was comparing rankings each year amongst all goaltenders.
-
-For one, Miller wasn't a part of the worst of the tank -The part of the tank he was part of, his save percentage wasn't any worse than the two previous years. -Sabres goaltenders had pretty damn good save percentages during the tank -If you think an outlier is negatively affecting his numbers for a year then we need to eliminate the only good year he had, because that was also an outlier. -He was 19th in save percentage the year he was part of the tank. He was 2nd the only good year he had. Which outlier do you think had a bigger impact? -4 of those 9 years he was 18th or worse.
-
Oh dear god.............

Miller's average rank in save percentage the nine years in BFLO was 15th. That's average.

I've been going to the gym for probably 10 years or more. For the first few years I only went there to jog on occasion and use the machines for 30-45 minutes once or twice a week. Back then I was 175 pounds. Within the last few years I went from that routine and now I'm up to 3-4 days a week at the gym @ 2-2.5 hours each time..... three 5K's a week and a couple of 25-45 mile trips on my bike a month. In those last few years I changed/added my routine significantly four separate times. Each time I added 10 pounds almost immediately. Now I'm up to 215 pounds and I've only added 1" to my waist. But after all that time I still haven't lost any fat. I can cut down on my portion for a few weeks and not drop a pound, I can eat like a pig for a few weeks and not gain a pound. I ate so much crap for the holidays and I entered 2016 weighing the same I did two months ago. It's not so much that I can't lose weight but I can't even get my weight to fluctuate. Not that that's a bad thing but at some point I'd like to see some kind of correlation. A couple of years ago I went to north GA/western NC for two weeks during that massive heat wave they had. I had a full kitchen the whole time but I didn't stock it, so I never really made any big meals to pig out on. Most of my meals were on the fly, fruits, snacks............ and then go out for dinner. I probably hiked 50-60 miles over those two weeks, throw in the sweaty conditions and smaller meals I figured I would have lost at least a couple of pounds. I weight myself when I got home and I hadn't lost a single pound. I just don't get it. I've never been a big believer in BMI. If I were to weigh what they consider low end of the safe range I would be sickly.
