    When matching up RAM, if you get the size and speed the same, 99% chance you'll be fine regardless of mixing brands. There are other differences like timing and voltage that vary from RAM to RAM, so when some people upgrade RAM on a laptop they try to match the part number to a brand, that way the timing and voltage are equal.     I doubt an extra 4GB is $200 more. There has to be more to it. It's important to match RAM so if they offer 8GB, I'd take it. No need for 16GB. Some are about matching the same brand RAM as well, and on some laptops the first pair is hidden inside so you can't see exactly what it is. And system identification doesn't always give full details. You didn't say what your max price was. Reason I asked about graphics is some laptops have the Intel graphics, but be leery about that. Find one with a dedicated card. I found a couple last night with a dedicated card, 8GB and 1080 resolution for under $750. Is a-n-a-l really a bad word?

    Wasn't that about the same time temps started going up? Was there actually an increase in skin cancer, or did it just coincide with the improved detection processes?

    I agree. Man's impact on temperature is minute and is most often localized. If we don't do something about overfishing and overpopulation, temperature will be the least of our concerns.

    And I think Trump is just pandering to his base. As much as I dislike him, he is a worldly man, there is no way he doesn't know the difference between weather and climate. Although, I don't know exactly what was said. At this point he realizes that he's not going to sway many undecided voters so his election will rely solely on his base. He knows there are enough of them to win an election, his goal is to get enough of them to get out and vote. So if you think this rhetoric is bad now, just wait, it's only going to get worse.

    But we spend the vast majority of time and money on climate change, a theory that cannot be proven or disproven. The greatest outcome of climate change is increased temperatures that could just as easily turn the other way without notice. They all have environmenal impacts, but impacts of pollution are proven and it's far more toxic than anything climate related. Yet the effort into fixing it is a sliver compared to climate change. Because it's all about the $$$. There's no fear involved with trash.

    How about we work on soil pollution, trash pollution and water pollution first. At least we know for a fact that has a negative effect on the environment. When I see people throwing out plastic bottles and that never gets talked about, when I notice the fact that the highest elevation with 150 miles of me are garbage dumps, when I drive around and see garbage littered all across the roads and spread out all over our most beautiful forests.........I ask myself, how in the hell is climate the biggest concern.

    I feel bad for them in a way, because there is no way in hell they'll be able to part with the twins in order to start a rebuild. Then again, I shouldn't feel bad because they put themselves in that situation.

    Ryan Miller gonna hang them up after this season? What a miserable situation to be in. Canucks 5-12 in their last 17, lost 5 straight and have been shutout 3 straight. That team is a disaster. Not implying that he should, or this has anything to do with him....... but where do you go from here?

    I'm not a big fan of misconduct penalties for arguing with the ref. It's really quite ridiculous. If these guys get their feelings hurt by words maybe they should be calling teeball games.
