    I always liked Darcy and would defend his record when people were calling for his head. I agree it was time to move on, but he built a competitive roster at a time when the team was owned by the NHL.

    Megadeth's first drummer (Gar Samuelson) and guitarist (Chris Poland) were from Dunkirk. Not sure if it counts that half the lineup was from here.

    That's too bad. It makes me feel all that much better that he was able to see his name raised to the rafters and get such a great send-off to end his broadcasting career.

    I've said this for years. With Hasek in net and Andreychuk on the top line, we beat Montreal in the Adams Division Final.

    It's only a guess on my part, but I would think that at 6'0" with a 40" waist, there aren't a bunch of pants available to fit those dimensions.

    My guess is that with Devon Levi coming in to play some games to close out the season, the playoffs are no longer a goal for the team.

    I had heard from multiple sources that he was a bad presence in the locker room, but I always remember that the only players the Sabres gave up for him were Barrie Moore and Craig Millar.
