Agree. I'm glad Buffalo hung on to Hinostroza. He's been a pleasant surprise this season. Has wheels and can pump in some timely goals and assists.

Also out are Brayden McNabb and Alec Martinez on their defense. Two studs missing on the back end.

Excellent post. I agree with all you stated. Especially about Tuch. He gets mad, I'm sure, but the key is he doesn't whine about it publicly or on the ice.

Um, Sabres haven't had depth scoring in a decade. It's been a problem forever. I hope it will soon change and I have a bad feeling the Leafs will pound Buffalo tonight. C'mon boys.. step it up!!

Good. He's been useless this entire season.

We can all agree Hinostroza isn't a world beater but he has speed and creates scoring chances. Him being out so long has really hurt this team. That and the goalies, but we won't discuss the goalies.

Or Asplund. He's been a waste of a roster spot all season.

I was hard on VO earlier in this game thread but he finally buried one and it was glorious! Great game winning goal.

These players have sucked all season. Prove me wrong! Olofsson, Asplund, Eakin, Bjork, Hayden and Butcher. Not even gonna mention the goalies. If none of them are back next season I could care less (I know that's not possible but just saying). Asplund has 5 goals in 45 games with 16pts! He hasn't done squat here.

I've live in Vegas so I go to the Sabres game every year here. Still haven't won yet at T MOBILE Arena but hopefully soon. As I left the game I bumped into Dylan Cozens parents on the escalator. They noticed my Lafontaine jersey and were really friendly. I told them to tell Dylan not to give up. Buffalo sucks right now but hopefully with him and the prospects, this team will turn it around soon. We are glad he's a Sabre and they appreciated that. They were happy to talk to a Buffalo native and we're surprised by all the Western NYers living in the desert going to the game. Pretty cool except for the loss. I've been to a bunch of DUCKS / KINGS games vs SABRES. Planning on going to the COYOTES in Phoenix next season.

Totally. This loss is 100% on Tokarski last night. CBJs second and OT goals were absolutely horrible. Should have been a BUF 3-1 or at least a 3-2 victory. 🤮

I'll be at the game tonight. Buffalo hasn't won once at the Fortress (T Mobile Arena) yet. Time to change that pronto! I was at the Sabres Road Crew Alumni party last night. I talked to Kevyn Adams a bit. I asked him jokingly who was starting in net tomorrow, Marty Biron? He laughed at that, but he said ANDERSON should be getting the start. Also, got to meet the legend, Rick Jeanneret too. Chatted for a bit, great guy. Also talked to Clint Malarchuk, Jason Dawe (DAWESOME!), JP Dumont, Marty Biron and Duffer. Brad May was there too and even the trainer George Babcock. My wife said; "You know you're a real Sabres fan when you even know who the freaking trainer is!" Hahaha So true. LETS GO BUFFALO!

Well, at least the Sabres made up for it after this garbage from Chris Neil 2007. 15 years later 😄

Seriously. What the heck happened to Anderson? Did he really get hurt that bad? I get that he's 40, but there hasn't been any good info on what his problem/injury is. So disappointing and frustrating. He was HOT to start the season too. What a bummer.
