Man I miss the Aud. A lot of great memories. Watching Gretzky in the mid 80's with the stacked Oilers team. Parking off Church street and walking under the I-90 to the Aud when it was 10 degrees out and windy! Peanuts, Cracker Jack dude in front every game. Some fantastic concerts seen there too. YES - "Union Tour" 1990, RUSH "Roll The Bones" 1991, Neil Young/Crazy Horse w Social Distortion and Sonic Youth 1991 "Ragged Glory Tour." My ears ringing for a full day after that one. And the 1992 season. I swear every game I went to Mogilny had a Hat Trick and Lalalalalafontaine with a gazillion points. The huge signs the fans would bring in with their own slogans hanging from the ORANGE seats balcony. LET'S GO BUFFALO!!

I'm on the West Coast as well. I start the game on time (4pm Pacific) and stream it thru REDDIT NHL STREAMS. Watch the first period on my computer, listen to the second period on that horrible Radio.com (formerly WGR app) during the car ride home. Get home and log in on my desktop computer for the third period (Reddit as well). Works out pretty well for me, plus its free using Reddit streams!

Good post. Jim was stellar. I miss him a lot. One more thing, Lorentz knew proper protocol when adding his color commentary to the broadcast. He waited till the play by play was done, then he added his insight. I'M LOOKING AT YOU NBCSports Network, Pierre Mcguire and Ed Olczyk! Constant babble from these two DURING the live action! Incredibly annoying and unprofessional. I always have to put it on MUTE because of this. Doc Emmick is no prize either.... "with a Driiiiive!"

Super happy on this trade. As a Vegas local and watching Colin Miller the last two years, he's been one of my favorites. Guy can skate well, moves the puck fast and has one hell of an accurate blistering shot from the point. He's not a big hitter and he won't clear bigger forwards outta the crease but he's definitely a upgrade to what the Sabres have in their bottom pairing. He's a very good solid addition. Nice work JBOTTS!

Tough loss but great game. I thought Jack was gonna get the HAT during the OT there. I blame Berglund on the loss. He didn’t tie up his man on the tying goal. He’s so damn slow. Ok, a little off topic bit how do you pronounce Lawrence Pilut? Is it “pilot” or “pie-you”? Play by play guy Kenny Albert kept saying “pilot”. He didn’t seem to have much TOI from what I saw.

I bought three tix right when they went on sale but unfortunately everything was already taken. I ended up with 3 Gen Admission (Which is standing room only for $68 per). Its great having a NHL team here but man, every game is outrageous expensive. But Vegas always is excited about new and shiny things. Hoping it will calm down a bit in the near future. You're gonna have to check Stub Hub, etc. for tix. Good luck!
