The Detroit Red Wings will and I repeat will not get players like that in the 6th and 7th rounds ever again. The scouts didn't even see Datsyuk and if they had he would have been long gone. Those Days of missing two guys like that won't happen. I don't think league expansion anytime soon. And please rule out Las Vegas I live here and there is no way this town could support an nhl team. Maybe Basketball and that's it.

I don't know about that I think if he defers the pick until 2015 Snow will do his best in signing and trying to bring in players to get them better. Plus aren't they moving into a new arena in Brooklyn? Can you imagine how much heat would be on him if they were far worse next year. It's possibly but unlikely!

They are going to have to spend money to bring up there cap just to get to the minimum. I think the organization is intent on giving the kids time to develop so it's no rush to get them here. I know alot of us don't want to see another bad year. But if we are in this deep might as well do it for one more year to get this team to the top.

Me personally Ville would be a decent player on a better team and of course not getting paid anywhere near what Darcy paid him. He looked pretty darn good playing with Philly for a couple of years. He's not a player you would try to build around. That said they have to keep the tank going until 2015 draft.

We have to keep Ville around for 1 more year of the tank. After the 2015 draft it's all about putting the best possible team together.

Even if the Islanders give us their first pick this year and we have 2 picks in the top 5 I don't know if management plays them more than 9 games. I think management is set on giving these players time to develop and I don't think Reinhart is as good as McKinnon so people thinking he will step in right away I don't know about that.

I'm liking picking this kid up. He skates really well, drives to the net hard and isn't afraid to throw his weight around!

I wouldn't be surprised if we sign a couple. We have cap space and god knows we have could put a guy or two on the roster.

Loss of St Louis is going to be huge. My buddy who is a huge Rangers fan is happy with St Louis and didn't care about losing Cahallan because he injured alot. Plus he can't believe how much Cahallan wanted a year. He's not worth that kind of money!

I don't understand why people care about the Bills anyways. There front office doesn't have a clue, way too many coaches and player changes. Face it when it comes to players it's a revolving door. Develop that player and as soon as his rookie contract is done he is gone. Bills will never be good until they and I mean management gets their $hit together and really build a team. I have a feeling Snow is going to defer the pick and let us pick this year. He will have a solid shot at McDavid with his $hit team. I hope I'm wrong but the other plan could be is he uses this years pick and go after whatever UFA they can get. I hardly doubt many players are gonna want to play there.

And I have a strong feeling that is exactly why Patty wasn't on board with this. That's my guess. I can almost bank on that he wanted to keep some of these ufa's and the rest of the staff and Murray weren't on board. And that's where I believe the fallout occurred. I also think Nolan isn't going to accept his extension I hope that's not the case because he won't have hardly anything to work with next season as well. I said this last season when they started the first part of the rebuild that it was going to be 3-5 years before we see playoffs and I was leaning more towards 5. Does this suck? Of course it does a lot of fans don't want to wait that long. But this team was far and I mean far from competing for the cup with last years and this years current squad.
