    . Or mismanaged at the top. You have to look at all the really good teams they have solid quarterbacks and we haven't. Until they get a franchise QB this is going to continue.

    You either have finishers or you don't. I can set up numerous players in my rec league but I know what players can finish better than others and maybe it's the same for Buffalo that we have a lot of players that take a lot of shots but have few goals.

    I agree and that's what happens when you don't put teams away when you have the chance. New England has owned us since the 2000 season.

    And it's been going on for over 15 years now against the Pats. This team finds way to blow games. It's been that way ever since the Kelly days. Great teams that can never win the big one and besides those days it's been poor mismanaged teams. What a £ucking joke they are.

    To me this game is the Bills season. You win and control your fate at a wildcard if you lose well it's another year added to the longest playoff drought. Pathetic is this team

    I'm not sure if I want this team to win more games or be close to the bottom. I want to make the playoffs but part of me wants one more solid year of a top 5 pick. Just look at Edmonton right now they could be possibly in for another top pick if McDavid is out for a long time. I'm alittle disappointed in Kane as he has what a big one goal. It seems like these line combos just ain't working well.

    And then the US wants to bring over 100,000 Syrian refugees into this country. Are u £ucking kidding me. No way in hell should we bring any of these people over. But this just goes to show you how retarded our politicians are. You don't think IS will have people in those refugee groups???

    That was a solid effort by the Sabres. They keep playing like that they our gonna make some noise. Anyone know when Bogo is coming back. He's a key defenseman on this team

    Wow these guys are playing hard tonight. I have to admit if O'Reilly keeps playing like this then I can totally see justifying that contract. Anyone know when Bogo is coming back?

    I just wonder if Eichel will step up more now since a solid player is out of the lineup. This should be interesting to see how he responds.

    I used to like Vanek a lot but that last injury against Boston in the playoffs seem to do him in. To me he just doesn't seem like the same player since then. But then again the game has changed the last few years in more of a speed game. Seems like a lot more 18-20 year olds making the nhl these days compared to the past.

    I hope so we need to draft a top 2 defenseman and I wouldn't mind another skilled forward.

    I'm listening to the game and it sounds like they have had some chances just not burying them. I'm still wondering about the quality of these chances. I could care less if we severely outshoot a team as long the quality chances are there. If a team gets outshot but the shots are coming from the outside where the goaltender can see it you can outshoot teams every night and still lose. The other problem I have which is good for him but why are we only hearing about Reinhart in front of the net. Other players need to be getting to those spots. To me that's a problem.

    The only issue I have seen is why is it mostly Reinhart constantly going into those so called dirty areas and going to the front of the net to screen the goalies. More players need to be involved in this. The other thing I have seen so far that is troubling is the lack of quality chances and I'm not talking last night. The game against the Leafs Bernier seen almost every shot and really only let up that fluke puck on its side shot by Kane. I get it they out getting more pucks on net and out shooting teams but they need quality chances over quantity.

    Or trading too much for what he wants. Not trying to start anything but I can see why Bogo was traded along with Kane. I like both players a lot but Bogo has been hurt a lot(so far in his career)and Kane was a problem for Winnipeg. So them moving both was easy to do.

    I think we really need Bogo back which should help the defense. It just looks like it's gonna be another long year. Yes their more exciting and I thought this team could contend for that last playoff spot but you can't dig yourself a huge hole right from the get go and expect to climb out of it. This team needs more help on defense and a quality goalie. I know its early but this team could possibly be drafting in the top 5 again.
