People won't miss Flynn but at least he's ton better than Ellis

A 4th rounder probaby won't be playing in the NHL and even if he does it will be years away. Lets face it folks this team really doesn't need more picks but players that can play at the NHL level. If Murray is all about finishing 30th then he unloads all UFA's for next to nothing.

Wgr shouldn't even think about talking with Murray he needs to be working those phones and get these UFA's outta here.

Unless a miracle happens I just don't see any of our UFA's fetch anything of major value. At this point I don't trade Stewart for a 4th as I would rather them sign him. Why would you overpay for a guy that was in the coaches doghouse and has been on the down swing since Colorado days?

This wouldn't shock me because Murray said he was going to move the UFA's so if your another team why overpay!

That's what I'm thinking. So if Murray can't move any of them or say he does and Stewart only fetches a third then what? Just saying our UFA's aren't that great. I would be shocked if Stewart was traded to Rival Boston. He might have a better chance of going to Ottawa. Let's hope Buffalo isn't stuck holding these guys and getting nothing for them.

I agree I don't think many teams want our UFA's.

Besides Stewart and Nievirth I don't expect anything from any of the other UFA's. I'm just saying these guys aren't making other teams jump out of their boots to acquire either one. You have a former 20 goal scorer who for the most part wasn't using his size to his advantage and part of the reason why he fell into Nolans Doghouse. And then Nievirth really hasn't come into his own until Enroth was moved. I'm not expecting much.

I'll bring up the negative points about our UFA's. If you are another team calling u could also settle for giving up less for these guys knowing we have to move them or they walk for nothing. I hope Murray makes some moves I'm just not expecting anything major for any of these guys.

Boston doesn't need to move anyone. They can still make the playoffs with that team. They have been hurt by injuries all year but I still believe they have enough talent to get in.

I don't see Stewart going to Boston. If they didn't want to give Arizona what they wanted I don't see them giving a rival what they want.

Yeah that would be fantastic and get a player who might not be ready for another 2 years. You want to wait longer for this $hitshow to end. We are too close to the end to mess this up!

Murray isn't going to be fired but he does need to move these UFA's. I just don't see a big return on any of them. I'm pro tank and I'm not happy because we are down to the last 20 and I want one of the big two on this team next year instead of waiting a couple of years before we see pick 3,4 or 5 on a roster.

Yeah but if Teddy gets these guys playing like they have of late we will be in trouble and if Nievirth keeps playing like this we are in trouble.

Possibly those meaningless wins put Arizona and Edmonton right back into the mix. Those 2 games against Arizona will be huge. I sure hope Murray gets these UFA's out of town tonight or by the deadline. Darcy is coming back to haunt us if they finish last. We just can't get rid of that loser.

That could change because they don't have much offense on that team and then they moved one of their top two d-man. Plus they play in the Western Conference which is alot tougher than the east.

I don't know if I would go so far on wanting Murray Fired but I don't think you will see significant returns on any of our UFA's!

Problem is they play in the western conference and don't really have any real scorers at all.

Problem I said with Arizona since the beginning of the season is they lack any offense. Being in the Western Conference doesn't help Buffalo at all. Plus you throw in the injury to Boedker and it isn't looking so good for us anymore.

Yeah no kidding! He started this whole tank and it's probably Karma but he will end up with the prize. I said it before that I have this strange feeling Arizona will land the top pick because he would easily sell tickets for a team that needs some serious help filling seats.

Like I said before it's probably Karma that Darcy is going to come back and make us pay! Murray needs to work those phones and get some deals done. I just think without adding pieces to any of these UFA's the return isn't going to be that great. We shall see.
