I haven't been impressed with Myers or Leopold. I wish they would sit Myers a game or two in the press box and Darcy needs to unload Leopold and Luke Adam for another scoring forward who is young.

Well that's game another Buffalo lose just like I knew! This team sucks

I have a feeling Sabres get beat in fights and on the scoreboard. Lets face it folks this is the same ###### squad like last year with a goon who can't play and Steve Ott. I don't see this turning out well. Buffalo is playing their losing ways and Boston keeps winning with 4 solid forward lines and tough defense besides Rask is pretty darn good. Don't get me wrong I hate the ###### Bruins but they are a cup contender and we aren't even good enough to get a playoff spot. This Sabres team is soft just like the guy building this squad. He has played catch up to other teams since the Briere/Drury days.

As much as I want Buffalo to win this team is really good at finding ways how to lose! I don't see this turning out so good.

Without any moves for more scoring this team misses playoffs again. Sad thing is a lot of teams need scoring. Darcy has to be careful of all these contracts because Cap goes down next year.

Don't get me wrong most of us want to see Grigs stay but why keep him up if he playing with bums like Hecht, Gerbe, Scott or Kaleta they aren't that talented those guys. Plus i dont see this team making the playoffs this year with the same group as last year. Darcy needs to earn that paycheck and trade a few guys and get some more scoring and please no more Matt Ellis. Even Washington announcers were wondering why Adam Oates hasn't had Ovi playing with Backstrom. Ovi had Crapp and Beagle. They even said those two aren't talented enough to put with Ovi.

I thought he was better than MacKinnon but not better than Jones.

From what I seen at the world juniors Jones is much better. Besides their was another draft eligible player on Canada who was better than MacKinnon!

Number one rated player is Seth Jones another d-man. This team needs offense.

I also have to agree with you after watching some of the other games last night these guys are moving a lot harder to the puck! I hope Buffalo wins but I see the Caps having their best game of the season today!

Couldn't agree more about guys that can play and protect themselves. I remember my buddy telling me about Scott when he was on the Rangers that he could fight and that's about it. He said he was way too slow. Sorry but I'm not a fan of his or Ellis. I know both give what they can but both should be career AHLers and not NHLers! The only time Buffalo was ahead of the league was once the last lockout ended they had a couple of great seasons and the rest of the league caught on and now have left Buffalo in the dust. This team need to draft more offensive skilled players because this franchise doesn't have many up and comers.

Whatever Lindys system it isn't working the past 6 seasons!

No one will disagree against playing against men in the NHL but its not good for his development to sit the bench all game either!

Off the Grigs talk for a moment, what about Brennan and Weber I'm sure one of them or both would have played better than Myers these last two games. I know they wanted to get tougher by getting Ott and Scott but lets face it Scott is slow and is a wasted roster spot in my opinion. Yes I know they needed someone around for Boston but Scott got punk by Colton Orr what makes you think he is gonna hang with Lucic and Chara! This team is exactly the same as last year with the addition of Ott minus Roy. Without another move for another scoring forward I see them missing the playoffs if this continues. Now back to Grigs I would love to see him here full time but it pains me to see him sitting on the bench getting no ice time and then when he does its with guys like Hecht and Gerbe. This team is just wasting him keeping him here. If he was getting consistent ice time I would say let him learn the NHL game but what I seem from Lindy is just wasting this kid. I know it's early this season but I think Lindys Coaching style is getting old and this team right now isn't built to win a Stanley Cup.
