Just a healthy team; they are pretty damn good when the set lineup plays.

Massachusetts born & raised, Sabres fan all my life. 2001-02 my friend bought us tickets for Sabres vs. Bruins, $95 excellent seats. Turned out to be 'Family Day' at the game, a couple and their two youngsters sitting right in front of us. I had a Sabre sweatshirt on, small logo. 2 guys sit down right next to us, each holding 2 beers. Buffalo comes out on the ice, I stand up and cheer/clap. The guy on the other side of my friend leans over her, glares at me, and asks what I am doing. I basically said 'cheering for my team'. I was told, 'you're in BOSTON!' as he almost spilled his beer. The Mom (?) in front of me was stunned. Buffalo was down 3-2 after 2 and we left. I'll never go to another game in Boston again and it's just 1& 15mins away.

What do you call a man with a shovel in his head? An ambulance - it must be something serious. Maybe it was just how 1 of my favorite morning DJ's cracked up, that made me as well.

Bruins playing the SC champs the night before so they'll be too hyped up for that one. Rask will start that one, Halak against us? Who refused to play in Buffalo? I'm begging for a big win in game 1, with Jack w/ 2 points and Dahlin w/ his first NHL point.

One of the best things I've ever had as a kid after playing in the woods/weeds was the F'N Brown Soap, Felsnaptha , yes that's what it is Felsnaptha. It is a brown laundry soap sold in lots of laundry cleaner aisles that, after playing in the weeds, use it and wash off any of the oils/residue from the leaves. I and my girlfriend swear by it to prevent breakout.

What I want .. Sens get a point, Bruins out, Marchand gets decked (cleanly), Sabres win 4-1 in front of a very appreciative crowd, Penguins out .. and yes, Lindback signed for 2 years ...

May be a little different than most of these .. THIS is F'N awesome ... to find out that my niece's little girl who's almost 6, CAN ... yes CAN eat cherry tomatoes! Little Skyler has what's called EE - eosiphils (?) in her esophagus that doesn't let her digest most anything w/out some sort of reaction. Her food allergies leave her with a diet of Annie's mac & cheese, apples, She can have Dove chocolate, Doritos certain JUNK so when she have something nutritious and LIKE it .. THAT'S F'N awesome. She's the apple of my eye and has no idea who the Buffalo Sabres are ... I need a tissue ...

Hate watching the Bruins because it seems when I have them on for 30 seconds, they score. Had to watch the last 2mins ... after the horn, nice couple of cheap shots by Lucic. Pu$$y.

Watching this one with nothing but Bruins fans - all good fun. I always hope for a clean game, but if Marchand gets leveled and DOESN'T return, that will make my day Boston's last home game, hoping Hackett gets a W, I like the kid.

I think that's the first time Buffalo's scored 3 goals in 16 games ... FWIW. Happy enough, glad to have Girgs back ...

Listening to the game in the background ... Sabres seem to play so much better against teams much higher in the standings ...

Only able to listen online .. RJ sure makes me want to watch. I was nervous w/ the chatter about trading Myers at the deadline - so glad he's staying, altho I'll never buy another authentic (Vanek) jersey again.

After watching the whole presser, the 2 words I heard most were 'PATIENCE' and 'COMPETE'. We all know it will take awhile, but at least put a product on the ice that gives AT LEAST 50 minutes of solid hockey. Let's hope Nolan can light the fire ...
