    I think it's feasible that Murray walks, he said GMs were testing him. If all he's getting offered is a 2nd or lower I could see him making a point for future deals. But he also made a point of wanting to take care of the player, and keeping Miller here for the rest of the year certainly doesn't do that.

    I think St Louis as well, Sabres get an above average prospect in return. St Louis has too much going for them to risk not making a move that can improve their goaltending.

    No one has met his price, if they had I assume he'd pull the trigger. No sense in lowering the price with weeks to go before the deadline.

    Now with LaFontaine there I could see a scenario where LaFontaine is the one reporting to Terry on a daily basis, and Murray to LaFontaine.

    Don't let the appliances affect your valuation of the house, but doesn't hurt to ask for them. Worst case they say know and it's something you're giving up.

    After you find a place you like, visit the neighborhood a couple times without the agent, go for a walk down the street at difference times of day/week. Can give you a better insight to what neighbors are like. First house I bought neighbors were a nightmare, second had train tracks that are out of sight, but can hear the train whistle all hours. Edit: can't stress Eleven's inspector point enough, the inspection should take a couple hours.

    A third or fourth round pick, maybe less. A trade would also give Cody an opportunity, which it sounds like Murray is big on. A player like Cody could be useful as a fourth liner in the playoffs. Recall the Sabres needing to call him up from in the middle of the Boston series a few years ago.

    Ruhwedel, Weber and Mcbain are non factors in my opinion. Gives you room for error with Pysyk, McNabb, McCabe, Risto, Zadorov or any future prospects.
