THANK YOU, FANS! THANK YOU, FANS! THANK YO... eh, not really

I remember there was some argument regarding a discount season ticket holders get at the Sabres Store and that it would be more valuable than an Eichel bobblehead. Does anyone know what these benefits are? -
I don't believe that. You think people aren't upset with the product if he doesn't make those comments? I'm frustrated because I sat through 2 years of unwatchable hockey to end up with more unwatchable hockey. exactly, paying for entertainment that isn't entertaining.
-
What were the Sabres sending back in that rumor?
-
Agreed with the confusion on this quote. At some point someone has to have the final say on who's opinion they're going to go with. Is it Pegula's call? Russ?

Absurd Hockey Questions you've always been afraid to ask.

When a coach is calling for a line change, how is this organized on the bench? And when the coach alters the lines, how do they keep it organized? Does the coach state which five players he wants on the ice every time? Is there some sort of code (Line A B C D)? -
Are we sure that's what happened?

This is where i'm at, the moves are Murray's to make (coach included), but if there isn't improvement then he's out at seasons end.

Most don't go for the whole day, those sections may be for fans of later games.

Drayton Florence pick 6 was the craziest i've ever seen the stadium.

While they play more back-to-backs, they don't travel nearly as much as other teams. http://www.ontheforecheck.com/2016/6/23/12013512/nhl-travel-miles-the-2016-2017-super-schedule-released

Maybe show is pushing it? He does a segment every gameday with Schopp and Bdog

I like Ray between the benches, enjoyed him when Lorentz was in the booth. I don't enjoy Marty but would be good with them returning to that format. I really like Ray's radio show on wgr.
-
In both cases i'm guessing picks are what will be exchanged for pending UFAs.

Looked a lot like an open hand push to the chest, not that he should be getting physical w 15 year olds, however this one in particular seemed to be trying to go into his teams bench. I'm guessing a suspension as coach and a public apology on the radio show.

I took both of those things as Dreger's opinion, nothing concrete or even from a source http://media.wgr550.com/a/118521285/02-24-tsn-s-darren-dreger-with-the-instigators.htm It's at the very beginning of the interview

Paintball, golf, laser tag? Maybe rent a pavilion in a park somewhere and have a party w games etc Lasertron in Roch looks like it has batchelor party specials

Cap hit's $5.25M

Minny is going to have a tough call for the expansion draft with 5 D worthy of being protected. Something along those lines may make sense for them.
-
I know you've got to pay a price to get good players, but i'm not trading Kane and a top 10 first round pick for Montour. In that instance I would rather keep Kane and draft my own D-man this summer. I would consider Kane straight up, but i'm not positive on that right now either.
-
2nd rounder?
-
Maybe they put it in the freezer?
-
Disagree with this specific point, I think being part of a playoff chase and getting to the playoffs would be very valuable for a young team. I'm just not sure how likely it is, but if they're close at the deadline (within 4-6 points) I probably stand pat or even look to make small rental type additions.

Similar deal in Nashville, though it's playful
-
The criticism would be the restricted tender that the Bills gave Hogan, lowest tender ($1.67M) with no compensation. If they had tendered him with a 2nd round tender it would have been $2.553M and cost the Pats a 2nd rounder to sign him away, which would be unlikely. But the Bills were cap strapped.

It's like a $33M dead cap hit if Dareus is traded.
