I cant see owners agreeing to play under current salary cap conditions with such small player withholding. It will be much more profitable to not have a season than to have huge financial losses. Yes. I think UFA will get very little. There will be virtually no signing bonuses Many RFA will not get tendered and teams will avoid arbitration by walking away from contracts.

I think the NHL is facing a financial crisis I think they’ll be very few moves made and the only trade moves made will be money out for money in contracts I think most teams will be spending very close toward the floor rather than the cap.

Vegas would have to add an asset or retain some salary. Huttons contract is only one year while MAF is for 2 years.

I think there will be very few teams that spend up to to the cap. Toronto. Rangers, Montreal, Boston, Chicago, Vegas, Tampa Those are the ones off the top of my head. I expect most teams to drastically cut overhead like the Pegulas have done and have an internal cap. I think most trades will be contract dollars in for contract dollars out trades. UFA and RFA are not going to find the pot of gold they were hoping for.
