Well, they don't skate out to Sabre Dance anymore, and haven't forever, and they don't play it after goals, so how would it be a theme song?

That coat is so awesome. -
Sabre Dance hasn't been the theme song for a long, long time.

Nope. He wasn't there for the first season.

Two things have been constant for 50 years. The players have changed; the colors have changed; the owners, the rules, the equipment, even the arenas have changed. But they've never won a Cup, and Rip always has been there.

Even Arena League had uniforms that looked more professional than those.

New Jersey is coming off a hard OT loss (home against Winnipeg) from a couple of hours ago. Right now, they're probably on an airplane, and likely won't get to their hotel rooms until about 2am. This is the type of game that a playoff caliber team, at home and with rest, would win. -

Qh, just merge them... -
It just seems that way because they haven't won at home in two years.

Donald J Trump, your thoughts on his Presidency

It's the evangelicals that really surprise me. -
I could handle that, but right now, we have Perreault imitating Elvis after home wins, and that is infinitely better. I'm still waiting for Low Bridge, Everybody Down. EDIT: I suppose the Perreault thing happens about five minutes after the game ends. Having a little Warren Zevon right at the horn would work for me.

I'm going to enjoy this thread.

There’s really no need to be so curt about it.

I was not able to see much, but I liked what I saw.

Yes, and there was something else ignored as soon as I got to the TV. Typical 3d period with the home team down, from what I see.
-
So, Farthaus?
-
Finally got to a TV. Sobotka is drawing some high praise from RJ. Can’t wait to see what he did to earn it.

Understood; I think that we are coming from different places in our analyses. I don’t think he is pro life for a minute, but he will pretend to be if that is what he needs to do to get his ego fix. Like a heroin addict will steal, Trump will pander. So no, I do not think he is a conservative, but he certainly acts like one. -

He's definitely not anti-business regulation, and he's the rest of the things because that's what keeps his base, which in turn feeds his demented ego. Remember, he was a registered Democrat until 2012 and invited the Clintons to one of his weddings. All he cares about is feeding the monkey. For some people, that means drugs; for him, it's an ego thing. He is their emperor, but not because he's a Republican. Indeed, the emperor thing is exactly what he wants. -
Oh, I'll be sniffing glue, all right.
