  1. Raise your hand if you thought that a Taylor Leier thread in February would be labeled "Hot."
  2. Hoppe: https://www.buffalohockeybeat.com/sabres-sign-taylor-leier-to-one-year-two-way-contract/
  3. Yes. And he's already under contract in Rochester, so what's going on here?
  4. At least the Sabres haven't had this particular problem with sweaters:
  5. We can enjoy this one.
  6. Marchand really is such a special diva.
  7. I only caught the third, but wow, was that fun to watch.
  8. Well, you're not one of the fifteen, I guess, smarty. Ok. Your first paragraph, which I know was well-meant, leaves me with a thousand more questions than answers. (Ok, maybe not really a thousand.) I do thank you for your effort, but I don't think I'm ever going to understand how the NFL works its cap. And part of that, I will admit, is lack of effort. I can only put energy into so many things, and the NFL cap may not be one.
  9. Well I’ll ask you, then. There seems to be a lot of escapes, levels of detail, amd other stuff we don’t see in hockey. So please explain...
  10. I'm going to miss it. I have a ticket for Shea's tomorrow night.
  11. I have no idea how the NFL cap system works. It seems really complicated.
  12. Report whatever you'd like, sizzle.
  13. Take it easy on my ancestors, ok?
  14. Nah, too healthy.
  15. Are you kidding? I prefer "descriptions," but whatever. What are you doing here? Your last post about hockey was ten months ago.
  16. You're the moderator. You are welcome to censor content that has nothing to do with science and everything to do with politics. You can cut that crappy link to an alt-right anti-science blog, and the comments that follow, anytime you'd like to. Also, the last time 5th line Wingnut or whatever it is posted about hockey was last year April. Be real.
  17. There is the same place for alt-right climate change denial blogs. You put that link here, not me. That site has nothing to do with science.
  18. My seminary has a site that ends in .edu but it's not very trustworthy right now. But it's still probably better than some weird alt-right climate change denial blog.
  19. This team aspires to mediocrity. They're not near it right now.
  20. What about the summers of 2006 and 2007? Those were the important ones. Larry Quinn was a pox on the House of Sabre. Anyone who thinks things would be better with him and Golisano, rather than the Pegulas, needs a cranial examination.
  21. Is he still able to serve as the Flyers' mascot?
  22. There are too many variables in there for me to solve for X (and is Z a player or a team?), but I will note that both Tampa and Buffalo have cap problems. Again, I am just repeating what I've heard; I do not have faith in it.
  23. It's not what I would consider a reliable source, but the guy does read a LOT about Buffalo sports. Just please remember that I posted this yesterday: From Tampa to Buffalo for Miller and a 2021 second, which I find laughable. Still, I am reporting what I hear, not what I think can happen.
  24. Honestly. I'm not believing it for a second, mind you, but that's what I was hearing yesterday. Yes, I think it's nonsense.
  25. Tampa has a disadvantage and so do the Sabs: No centers, 95 thousand AHL+ defensemen, and a salary cap problem.
