Nah, he doesn't do that anymore and hasn't for a long, long time. I had been kind of following him. I heard about the XFL shutting down. I think they had a 35% chance or so of making it if it weren't for the COVID thing. I don't know anything about AAFL.

Jim Rome is going back through sports heels in recent history and right now is absolutely teeing off on Ryan Lochte. It's hilarious.

The skeptic in me says that his agency did a wonderful job of crafting a piece that checks all the boxes. But I am very excited to have him here.

Felt pretty much the same way. I like McKegney, but Vanek was considerably more talented.

Also, apparently Sabres history began in around 1998 or so. No way are those the top ten hits in Sabres history. I'm not sure a legit list would have Campbell at #1, but maybe it would.

I can't think of a game the two played where Risto wasn't all over Ovie. I wonder if there's some ethnonationalist reason for it. Finns do not like Russians.

Vanek was far more multi-dimensional than the other snipers, so I'm giving him the nod. The second question was tougher. I was able to boil it down to Ramsay and Hecht, but even that wasn't easy. Each of those guys has something going for him; Brown could really hit, Grier had leadership ability, Seiling could settle down the pace of a game when needed. But Ramsay and Hecht had all of those qualities. Nostalgia won out, I guess, and I went with #10.

Do you have any frozen vegetables? If you do... Cook 1/2 lb. of ziti. In a separate pot, cook the frozen vegetables until cooked but still somewhat crisp. Combine the pasta and vegetables and chill. When the pasta and vegetables are chilled, drain and flake one can of tuna and combine with the pasta and vegetables. Add mayo and stir. Make it a garlicky mayo if you want or stir in a little of the bullion if you want. (I usually use Italian dressing and some grated cheese instead of mayo, but you don't appear to have the dressing. If you have oil, vinegar and the spices to make the dressing, that's what I would do.) You now have a nutritious tuna pasta salad.

The Curious Case Of the 1993-1994 Buffalo Sabres

The Rags weren't exactly overwhelming. They needed to win three elimination games in the last two rounds, one of which went to OT and two of which were one-goal wins. -
Prediction for Dem VP candidate?

Regardless of what I think of Hillary Clinton (not much), there's no way Sanders was going to beat Trump in 2016. (Or in 2020.) Frankly, if not for James Comey, she would have had the presidency sewn up even in the face of Russian interference. -

It should be "get rid of Trump at all costs" for the Democrats. It doesn't need to be a policy initiative this year. -

I don't know about best ever, but a very, very good team. -
Ugh sorry. This has been just such a bad time for you and Swamp. Hang in there, guys. I haven't lost a parent, but I have suffered loss as you are aware, and if you ever want to talk, just let me know.

Hang in there and be well.

I could see Klobuchar. She's from the right state and has the right amount of experience.

I think the above was the point of weave's comment below.

Saw that & I agree w/ your assessment of JW.

He's on foot. Had he driven, he'd already be there.

4 would be the absolute limit unless they shared rooms, which they typically do not. I think 3 is more realistic if you're going to have the referee crews stay there as well.

It's also very easy. My ten-step program will have you popping in no time! 1. Get saucepan. 2. Add oil. 3. Heat. 4. Add kernels. 5. Cover. 6. Listen for silence. 7. Empty popcorn into a 1-gal plastic bag. 8. Dump in seasoning and shake. 9. Wash pan. 10. Wipe hands on pants. -
Geez. I'm so sorry. Hang in there.

Also, shouldn't the title be changed to read, "acrost?"

I made some Montreal steak seasoned popcorn the other night. It was tremendous. I know, keep it to the popcorn thread...
