True or false: Risto was much improved under Ralph?

Pegulas suing to keep Strength and Conditioning Coach in the country

Ah now I get it. Probably so. -
It's not about clout. Separately, I'm starting to really think about how non-essential this board is to my life and what I want to do with it.

I'm not going to coexist here with a guy who starts by calling me an idiot and then escalates it to calling me a child molester. That's just not going to happen.

Ah, the Velvet Fog. Also, I believe he awarded Kramer something on Seinfeld once. He would have made a great kicker for the Bills. (Someone had to bring it back.)

No. You've told me that you live just over the TN border from Ft. Campbell, KY (which is the location in your description). You were very specific about living just over the border from Ft. Campbell. That's "outside Nashville" like Buffalo is "outside Toronto." Were you lying then or are you lying now? You called me and others idiots. You doubled down and then told me I was training to be a child molester, I believe? That I had lost my job? A few other things that really aren't worth scrolling up for? But yeah, you're the victim, Hank.
-
That was in a different thread, and did I label your "country" that? Because we're in the same country. I labeled your area that, and I will. You're not in Nashville; don't invoke Nashville. Nashville rejects people like you. Don't try to play victim here. Nah, you know how to get in touch with me.

Probably time to call it a career on this board, if this guy is allowed to hang around.

That's nice, and not exactly unexpected, patriot.

Probably? By the Isles or Carol Alt or both? Gotta hand it to the guy... -

But that's kind of the same problem. There was no reason to see Chara rising the way he did, either. He was just this awkward big dude who screwed up a lot but could level people. Then be became what he is. I don't need Ristolainen to remain a Sabre for life, but I do want more than some Alexi Ya$hin in return if the Sabs trade him. -
Patriot, you're the one who started it with "idiots." Not me. You might reconsider whether you truly represent our great country with the invective you use. EDIT: And I lost my job?! That's just funny.

freeman, even I'm too young for Earl Campbell. Geez.

Ha on the anglers! I won't speak for weave but I don't think he'd block someone out of disagreement. Otherwise he wouldn't take my phone calls.
-
Wait--except that Vince Young game against USC maybe?
-
Probable cause of a pissing match is Hank calling people who don't agree with him "idiots." Because Hank is a patriot! That was the "shots fired."

Doesn't that presuppose everything? I'm not saying Ristolainen is going to be Chara, but to cut off Ristolainen's development at this point, as whomever I originally responded to did, isn't right. -
This seems to have started it:
-
Deliberately failing to distinguish between the reason for the stop and the reason for the search.
-
Ah Hank. Such a patriot.

I did this on a dare in college, and it was, in fact, Country Time Lemonade.. I do not recommend it. It was good for a laugh though, and probably got me somewhere with Katie from the second floor or whomever.

It's legal in Virginia now?

Sure, so let me try to come at it this way. If a LEO pulls someone over and wants to give them a hard time*--whether it has to do with race or not--and search a vehicle, etc., that LEO is going to want to find as many reasons as possible to justify the search. Just because you're driving with a can of beer between your legs does not necessarily mean that probable cause for a search exists. (Nor does it mean that if that's the only thing you're doing wrong, there is no PC.) But now, if that LEO "smells something," or has unsupportable and vague allegations that the person must be "on something else," or whatever, well, there's another basis. "I saw him make a sudden movement" wasn't uncommon before body cameras, for example. Or "it looked like she had a bulge in her pants." A LEO who wants to create probable cause isn't going to rely on just the beer can; the LEO is going to "find," i.e., create, as many reasons as possible. I'm not anti-LEO at ALL. I used to interact with LEOs on a near-daily basis and most of them are fine people. But when I see this happen, where it happened, and to whom it happened, my hunch, based only upon life experience and a life of reading the news, is that something else was at play. *And sometimes there are really good reasons why the LEO wants to give someone a hard time. Prior experience with the individual, or the individual starts with some sovereign citizen nonsense, etc., etc.
